Don't go here! Went in to get arms and face waxed. Initially liked it. Laughed a lot with the ladies there. Everywhere they waxed my skin is actually torn off. And it's scabbing now. When I went in I told the lady I thought the wax wasn't hot enough. (I've gone too many places and know when wax isn't hot). She said it was fine. And when pulling it off she didn't pull against the skin she pulled upwards. Nice girl but I was bleeding! I had hives when she was done. She gave me benedryl. I called the next day and I talked to 2 different people. Secretary and owner. Not once did either one apologize once! She didn't ask me to come in to look at it. Just argued that it was just irritation and was at a loss as to what I wanted her to do. I hope I don't scar. Her recommendation was to buy polysporine and it'd dry up scab and then go away. You won't leave beautiful if you go here. Fair warning. Go to girlfriends brows. Never gonna try somewhere new again.

Not happy with my bang trim at all, lopsided and doesn't look clean around my face... Overpriced, $47.00 for a bang trim and a "dusting" she called it. Kind and fun lady...just not impressed at all. Its 45.00 for a womans CUT this wasn't a cut!

Will not go there again, very disappointed with my gel polish. It's only been 4 days and already the gel polish has chipped off, my nails don't look nicely painted. She quickly filed my nails down, and pushed my cuticle and then applied the polish, and a quick hand massage and wanted to charge me $40. For $5 more i will go to TL Nails will get a better job done.

Not recommended. Poor service. Hairdresser was so rude, no introduction, no greetings at all. I went there first time today for haircut and felt very uncomfortable. My hair feel more rough now. poorly washed by her. Feels like I wasted my money there. Not happy at all.

I went to get my eyebrows tinted today, I’ve had a hard time letting someone do mine out of person preference and I received amazing service, very professional and friendly, if you need your eyebrows done go see Shelly she is amazing at what she does!

Zero stars So very disappointed with my French manicure nails(paint only) 3 hours to get them done not just once but twice because they were so awful the first time. After sitting three hours( to have them fixed) they weren't any better in-fact they were even worse. I paid and left out of frustration. I actually took the time to email the owner of the shop and let her know how bad it was I even included a photo of the mess I've been left with. I've gotten no reply and I'm writing this review to let others know this is not a place that does quality nails. Save your money and time and go some where else like I will have to do to get this mess removed.

Definitely don’t recommend getting a pedicure here. My toenails were filed down way to much during a gel polish removal to the point they hurt and were extremely thin & my toe was cut with the drill during the process, wasn’t a great experience. Won’t be back.

I don't Recommend this salon, I paid 210$ for a half head of highlights... I asked for full, there are no highlights on the underneath part of my hair, the young stylist was shown a photo and chose not to replicate my request whatsoever. This salon really skimps on products used, I now have poorly toned stripey pin highlights in my hair, I specifically asked for larger highlights. I asked her to do the foils sideways and she chose to panel them at the top instead. This was an overpriced service for what I got, they all also seemed very upset and unfriendly at me for not being happy with the outcome. My scalp is also sore from a brush being pulled through my ends... It just looks awful :(

I brought my grandson here and everyone looked so unkempt and unprofessional. I changed our hairdresser to the most decent looking person. Not happy. I promised myself that I'd never ever go back and I haven't yet. The person acting in charge seemed very uncaring. I know professionalism and style. I'm not sure where this so called salon gets their employees. So if you work there and are pretty decent with what you do, this is not the place to work. A 'salon" title should be enjoyable and relaxing and pampering, not what we experienced

I just came from Charlie's Girl at Pine Centre Mall to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed. The girl was new and took half my eyebrows off on one side which you cannot see in the photo and she also burnt my skin so bad, i came home to put on burn cream and they were not sincere on apologies. I said why didn't you tell me that she never done this before? She said that was not the point. She doesn't realize I would not have let her touch me, yes there is a point lady! Never again!!!!

My boyfriend went here to get a haircut. The first woman he had did an amazing job, and the woman I get to do my brows was great as well. Today he went and the service was absolute garbage. The woman (Denise) did NOT listen to anything he requested and was frankly rude. For the 15 minutes of unsatisfactory service he paid $30.00. Interestingly, I went in two weekends ago and talked to a stylist at the front (I wanted an opinion of who I would get to do a correction and what steps) and the lady was also short with me, rude, and didn’t even seem to be interested in my business. We are both really disappointed in the lack of consistency with employees and will both be taking our service elsewhere. I honestly recommend against going here for hair services if you are looking for a consistent, quality service provider.

Teen son had haircut. Likes it short, as his hair is very curly. Stylist listened to what I wanted and what my son wanted. She cut his hair exactly the way we wanted. She was cheerful and attentive. Receptionist was polite, salon was clean. I will go there again.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had Lisa, and she was freaking great! You know it is a good sign when an artist gets excited about what they are doing. Lisa was so considerate and the place was meticulously cleaned in light of covid-19. I felt safe and super taken care of. I highly recommend Charlie's Girl! I am so pleased with how my colour turned out. ????

I paid $30 for 2 mins of hair cut. I just asked her to trim both sides with a trimmer. I believe she barely spend 2 mins on that. And when i asked her about how much it is. She replied $30. And she did not even make them even. I would not recommend anyone to go there. I felt ripped off. It was most expensive haircut of my life.

Ladies at the front desk are incredibly rude when you come in to buy their products or book an appointment. So rude I didn't even bother booking the appointment. My fiancé left with an awful bowl cut, and I previously left with awful eyebrows. Not to mention the horrible pedicure experience my mom and I shared when we thought we'd give the salon a second chance, and her manicure that looked like it was painted by a 5 year old. We would only come here if you guys were the only place with openings, and clearly it's that case for a valid reason. Charlie's Girl, I'd give you a total ZERO if I could. I will never recommend your business nor services.
