I went in with reference pictures for what sort of hair I wanted. I have thick black hair and I wanted like brown highlights or balayage and it ended up looking blond. Then I showed picture of the cut and she said she was gonna thin out my hair to add movement and I said what’s that and she said ‘what I just said’. And now my thick Asian hair feels so thin and lifeless. I paid $245 and I’m super upset but didn’t have the confidence to say anything other than I loved it. The cut is okay but I’m really sad cause I’m not rich and did research before going in but now I’m out of money and disappointed.

When I first moved here this was the first place I went, I have been going ever since. Carly is amazing, she is great at colouring and styling, never been disappointed there. The salon is beautiful there, great atmosphere and amazing staff. If your looking for anything from nails to hair you should definitely check this place out.

i had an excellent experiance there today, my hairdresser lacey was so nice and very knoweladgeable she did an amazing job on my hair, it was a great three hours, the place was beautiful everyone was friendly and the price was very reasonable in a town that always over charges. i will definatly be back again. thank you so much it was a nice treat for a busy mom.

Called on a Friday morning and was able to get in for a trim within two hours. I thought that was an impossible feat in Fort McMurray! Very happy with the service, as well. Alex did a fantastic job and was easy to talk to. The hour flew by.

Terrible waxing experience!!! I would never recommend this place to a friend or anyone. I went in for my upper lip and eyebrows to get waxed and the girl burnt my face. The wax was way to hot and for a week so far I have been walking around with blisters on my upper lip. It's very embarrassing. When I called the salon and talked to a manager she told me that she would ask the girl to make sure the heat wasn't to hot next time. I told her that there should be more to offer me seeing that I went into a beauty salon to feel better when I left, instead I walked out blisters on my upper lip, and paid for it. She informed me that the owner would be back on Thursday and she would get her to call me. Did the owner call me on Thursday, OF COURSE NOT.. Thank you Spoiled Rotten for burning me, let’s hope these blisters don't turn into scars.

BEWARE...website pricing is FALSE!!! Go in to get spoiled rotten, but you'll leave feeling RIPPED OFF! New to town so I researched a few beauty salons online. I chose Spoiled Rotten for its services, look of salon, pricing, etc. Had the Pampered Princess experience and a brow/lip wax. Amber did a great job...5 stars for her service. Things turned sour hours after I had paid -- I realized I'd been charged way more than was advertised. I returned days later to question the charge thinking it was a simple mistake, however, I was told that the pricing on the website is wrong (and has been for sometime) and that the owner is aware of it but has not corrected it! A $40 difference is quite substantial. That's blatant false advertising! Shame, Spoiled Rotten, I won't be back.

The lady at the front desk has an awful attitude. She is always judging and talking about clients and staff. Everytime I've visited, I just want to run out the door! The environment is very unwelcoming and unpleasant to be in. The stylists are always changing, so I never get a consistent hair dresser. The last lady that dyed and cut my hair, completely messed up. She didn't listen to the instructions I gave her of what I wanted done. Regardless I still ended up paying for it even after I expressed that I'm not happy. I don't recommend it and I won't be going back! Dissatisfied.

When to Spoiled Rotten for a basic haircut. Didn't receive a very friendly welcome. The stylist didn't even introduce herself and I was never offered coffee or tea like at other salons. The haircut was alright but the whole experience felt rushed. Definitely didn't feel spoiled rotten...

The worst hair salon ever,I don’t recommend to anyone this type of salon.Ladyes are not nice,bad service and what is the worst part is the worst hair cut ever.My hair still can’t recover from the bad hair cut l will regret forever why l even went in to that salon.Dont recommend this place to anyone!!!
