Went today 28/07/2018.. Was my first and LAST visit. Will never go there again. If you are reading this please do consider other places. Customer Experience is soo soo bad. The lady that was doing my nails was extremely rough and was harsh. They dont have a lot of options for colours. Their prices are unreasonable. After everything the lady didny even wipe my hands i had to get up all powdery and dusty. They charge soo much for a very poor quality work. Its crooked. The nail polish that the lady used was almosy empty thats why my nails look crooked + uneven. They are only accepting cash today too and when I asked for my receipt they said that the macchine was not working. Worst nail place in Fort McMurray. I am very disappointed.

Absolute worst set of nails I've ever had! I'm embarrassed for people to look at my hands!! I went in for a fill and one of the lady's started clipping and ripping my old set right off of my fingers! While filing the left over gel (which she didn't completely remove) she was not paying attention and caught my skin with the file causing me to bleed. She then demanded I Stopped moving as if it were my fault! She did not clean any of her tools, she used acrylic after I specifically asked her not to use any. She absolutely screwed my hands up and I'm beyond upset and beyond broke as well! Extremely overpriced. Absolute WORST nail place ever!

There is no amount of money you could pay me to go here. Way too over priced and not even registered nail technicians. Registered nail technicians charge less in Fort McMurray.

If you come for a walk in and they tell you it will be 10 minutes DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!! I can't stress this enough. I think they are scripted to say this regardless of the actual time. My 10 minute wait was actually 25, then I sat in the massage chair waiting for my pedi for an additional 20 minutes. 45 min total wait. I asked how much longer and was told... 10 minutes. I left and will not return.

Wasn't impressed with the customer service, I complained about the color not completely covered around to make it look neat just before she put the top gel coat and her response was "how? I don't see wat u mean" then she continued. They don't seem interested in the customer's satisfaction... For the price I would have gone to get it don't the way I wanted it elsewhere... First and last time

My toes were overpriced - didn't get s massage or detailed pedicure at all. I asked about different designs they do and chrome colors, and they do not have anything to show you. So I finally found a picture of what I like.. my nails were uneven, bumpy and my pinky nail was built up so high and thick it looked nothing like the others.it took over 2 hours just for an acrylic fill. Overall very bad experience.. I immediately called my regular nail tech to fix them the next day.

HIGHLY SUGGEST TO NOT GO HERE. I went to get gel tips done for the first time at this place, it went pretty well, until I realized I was bleeding...She was very ruff and reckless with my nails and didn’t care at all. I’ve also realized there’s not point in booking an appointment. If someone comes in with an appointment, if they are busy they tell them to come back later. I went to get gel nail tips done for the second time, and she put acrylics on instead. Which is VERY upsetting since I particularly said gel tips. They are still on my nails, I tired to remove them without tearing my nail off. But it’s no use and they now look like a complete mess. I don’t want to go anywhere to get them off because they are so ruff with your nail bed! I’m highly disappointed in this place...

Worst nails ever! The tips they glued on were pointing upward and left giant gaps between the tip & my natural nail. Major fungus hazard. Then to compensate for the upward pointing tips, Carol loaded on the Acrylic to make super thick giant hoofs on each finger. See pic attached. I'm requesting a full $115 refund & getting my nails fixed somewhere where they know what they're doing!

Please save yourself the trouble of wasting your time and energy going here. Booked a 230pm appointment. Showed up to be told they forgot my friend and I were coming. Asked us to come back at 430pm. Showed back up at 430pm again, to be told they also forgot to mark down they told us to come back again. Then got asked to come back for 6pm. Showed up at 6pm and got told they just took their last two clients for the night and they forgot to communicate the the lady booking appts they changed us three times. Not impressed and not worth the time.

Horrid customer service. Here's how the conversation went. Me: Hi, I'm just wondering if I could get some pricings om things. Lady: sure what would you like ? Me: how much is a mani pedi ? Lady: with shilac or regular nail polish? Me: regular nail polish. Lady: $80 doller have a good day bye. I wasn't even finished asking my questions. Thanks Q-nails.

So expensive comparing with other nail salons in fort mcmurray, I went with my husband pedicure for him and for me pedicure and shellac polish we pay 252 which is so expensive,, but lee gave us good service

Did a walk in pedi, place was empty so I should have known better. $100 for a pedicure, price never discussed upfront but I’ve had hundreds of pedicures so I didn’t expect that price tag, especially for a mediocre job. Asked me to pay in cash and suggested I go to an atm, then would not provide a receipt to me. Won’t be going back, save your money and go somewhere else

I got a pedicure here 2 weeks ago and I got a crazy infection. I had to go to the hospital last night and get needles in my toe and get my toe nail removed. The doctor said he was almost 100% sure it’s from the pedicure and unclean tools. Completely disgusting he said if I had waited to come any longer I would’ve risked amputation. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Terribly done shellac manicure. Left so much space by the cuticles that the nails are already grown out looking, could have used another coat, and the polish is already falling off after a few days. Also was charged $85 for a basic shellac manicure. Makes zero sense to me. Never going here again and hope no one else gets ripped off like I did

I've been going there for 3 years now, always have amazing service, super friendly and professional. Tina is by far the BEST and I'll keep going there :). Yes it's more on the pricey side but if you can afford it I suggest doing so and asking for Tina as she does go the extra mile when appreciated and respected.

Eyebrows were waxed today, and all I can say is bad bad bad! I told the girl I wanted a clean up not to touch the shape. She waxed so thin and uneven it's awful! Will take months to grow this in! Complained and still charged 21$!!! Disgusting. Never again

This place is honestly very unpredictable. Sometimes It impresses me sometimes it disappoints me. The quality is pretty good and the time is ok, but it is quite pricey. Also sometimes you have to wait a long time to get in and the staff just ok. Overall would only recommend this place if you don't mind paying more and taking the chance of maybe not getting the best quality work.

Had my nails done & the first colour disappeared on a number of nails. Technician had no time to fix. Said to come back the next day. I did & she forgot the appointment. After reminding her she redid them and 4 hrs later they are chipping away! Beat up place with Fort McMurray prices - ridiculous. If you are absolutely desparate go otherwise forget it!!!

Didn't put polish to my cuticle, so they already look old. Didn't make them straight or shape them very well. Was friendly enough, did a good job with the application of the gel. Lots of colors to pick from.
