First time and will be my last for sure, i only ask for a style no wash and got charged 60 dollars thou i was told through the phone it will cost me about 30 something dollars and I did not like how my hair turned out now no waves no volume. Way way over priced !!!

I had an appointment with Joy. She is amazing. I had such a good time and considering I have had the worst week she did exactly what I needed. I barely had to tell her what I wanted and I walked out feeling radiant. I very much enjoy how easy it is to book and how much everyone communicates whether on the phone or social media I feel like I get answers. During covid they made a point to still answer questions. I'm excited that u found a wonderful hairdresser that I can talk books about. The only thing I will say is it is quite pricey but I truly felt so welcomed and taken care of. Thank you orange lily. I will be seeing you again!

I am a long time client of Brittany. She has been doing my waxing and pedicures for 5yrs now. She is always learning new products and procedures to help you look beautiful. My waxing is every four week, and I can always get in to see her. I also do the pedicures and parifin wax. My feet are always in steel toe boots and she can make them look beautiful for my sandals or for walking around the house. I have also started seeing the hair dresser Joy. Joy has gone on mat leave, before she left she made sure I had someone who understood my wants in a hairdresser. . Orange Lily is a great place for all your beauty needs. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. The ladies are very friendly and are about getting you the best service for your beauty needs.

Recently tried orange lily for the first time due to multiple good reviews. I got a Brazilian wax, now I’m not new to Brazilian waxes at all as I get them regularly.. but I’ve never had any waxing hurt this much... even days after.. which should never happen. Not only was it the most painful Brazilian was I’ve ever had but it was not well done, I had to visit another salon to get it “touched up” after due to everything left over. The esthetician left lots of wax down there and took some skin off on some areas. Super disappointed in the quality of work and will not be returning.

Orange Lily is a very expensive, unprofessional haircutting place. I went to go get my hair cut with a specific style in mind. Since I am very meticulous about things, I booked it with JOY (who *supposedly* has more experience.) First mistake, she is SO expensive, and she treated me like I was a mannequin without being able to do what I asked. I showed her the picture, and she said it did not look clear... Her super excuse to ignore what I asked, and do what she wanted. Finally, when she styled the hair, she burned my head a few time, ignoring every time I said OUCH or moved my head away. I asked her to go shorter and she cut WAY TOO much. It was uneven... the whole thing cost like $80plus total, yet I wouldn't even pay $25 for the service. Definitely NEVER going again!!

I’ve gone to them about 4 times; each time I go in, they seem to up charge me with out vocalizing the price change I had anticipated. I book online so that I know exactly how much I will be paying, I shouldNt have to pay Extra because so and so decided I needed an extra service. I got my hair bleached and a woman there said she had extra time and asked if she could curl my hair without telling me it would cost an extra 50$... for just a hair curl. Kinda Disappointed, I probably won’t be returning. Please start saying the prices to clients before you decide to just charge them for it, you’ll gain more respect by doing so.

I’m leaving a 3 star because I am not satisfied with how my hair turned out what so ever, considering I paid $275. The lady who did my hair was VERY nice and I had a overall good time. Just the fact my hair looks nothing like how I asked for it to be. She said to come back in a month to get it touched up but I shouldn’t have to come back to get it “touched up” after just paying so much money... :(

Love love love orange Lilly. I've always walked out one happy girl with healthy beautifully colored hair !!!! This coming from a girl who's been every color in the book an back!! I followed my favorite stylist to the salon maybe 5 years ago her name is APRIL highly recommend her shes super talented !! Since she joined the salon shes taking another stylist Kyla under her wing teaching her all her skills, cant wait to go see kyla . All my friends visit numerous stylist an I never heard a bad story !! Their staff is friendly an accommodating

I seen Kyla on April 30, and asked her to make me as blonde as possible. and she did an AMAZING job. I am absolutely obsessed with my hair, I receive compliments daily and my hair looks and feels great! She has amazing customer service skills and is just an all around awesome girl. I went with my mom to get her pampered for mother’s day. I paid over $300 for just foils and a trim,for my self. When I washed my hair after two days it was so fried and yellow. When I called and told them about it. They wanted me to pay again cause my hair was too dark and can’t be blonde. Even tho I only wanted it caramel, knowing I can’t have blonde in one session. But now I have orange hair. And on top of that my mother’s hair cut was soooo un even. Thanks for ruining mother’s day for us ????
