I was so excited to learn we were getting a beauty supply store. I was a little weary worried it would be small or under stocked but walking in there was the best christmas gift ever! Fully stocked shelves, a lot of product and the same knowledgable staff I'm used to in a modern beauty. If people did a quick google search of this business they would learn you require licensing to shop here. They had a temporary sign for the store indicating its for professionals but mentioned they would get a permanent one shortly. Go take a look beauty professionals! This store is amazing!

Always really good service from all the ladies, and stock is always available. During this wonderful virus situation, these ladies were on top of it???? Hoping everyone is safe, I know it'll be abit till reopen again from the 2020 Flood, I'm wishing everyone well????

Stopped in today to ask a question and the staff were fantastic. Honest knowledgable and very pleasant. We had a nice little visit. Not to mention the product range is quite nice as well.

Spent 10 minutes in the store, asked if we needed help multiple times. Then sales lady asked if we had an account and when we said no, she said ‘I’m gonna have to ask you to leave, you can’t be in here without an account’. So embarrassing. Should be mentioned on their website or door or asked when you walk in. I’ve been to other Beaty supply stores and we didn’t need an account to shop with them, so wasn’t used to this.

The owners and upper management of this company are absolutely useless when it comes to providing customer service, they are not there to help the salon owner in need like most suppliers will. I have had numerous bad experiences where the owners have just made excuse after excuse. The sales representative is absolutely amazing and I will miss her terribly as she is the sole reason as to why I made many attempts to keep my business with this supplier. The owners of this company are cowards! Sit behind their corporate desks dictating. I have changed all products in my salon to use a supplier in which I made few my business is valued. Good luck to those of you who continue to utilize this company.
