The shop is always very clean and professional! The men working there are great at what they do! They’re very friendly, offering an opinion to a question, or even an ear to simply listen! Issam and his staff have built a reputation of quality and kindness! Highly recommend!

I spend 30min trying to get my hair done and I get the worst hair cut in my life. I asked for a mid fade haircut then I get my hair zap right the way.. then he take the barber gown cape off and start cutting the top of my hair. All my hair start getting all over my cloth.. also be ready to use the ATM machine installed in the store. What a joke..

I have only been here twice and each cut by different people. I really liked the first one and not so impressed with the second. The wait times are not long at all specially without scheduling or making an appointment prior to showing up. I do however dislike that they did not have any payment options, was cash only. So I had to go to a bank or use a machine that will charge for making a withdrawal. No one carries money with them anymore, it's all debit and credit cards with tap.

Cash only, no credit card or debit card. If you use atm, there’s an extra charge for that. Service is slow, guy doesn’t know what he was doing. He mind was somewhere else. Very slow. He moved my chair facing away from the mirror when he was doing the haircut so I couldn’t even see what he was doing lol. $30 for a very basic trimming haircut. Unprofessional service

The best place in town. fast, and friendly. I've been going there for years. They call you by name and treat you like family. Knows what you want and do great work. Dont know what people are talking about the worst place in town. I get treated like a king when I go there and know many friends who say the same. Try the hot shave its great. whoever bad mouths this place as something wrong with them and don't know the difference between good service and bad. I've been to many places in Fort Mac and I don't bad mouth other places. But this is the place for me. Cheers guys keep up the great work nq

I have never been to a worse place ever for a hair cut in my entire life..Not even slightly impressed. The staff were being super unprofessional swearing at each other and talking to eachother more than they were cutting hair. They dont face you towards the mirror so you cant watch what they are doing to your hair. (turned out nothing like i asked for.) Theres tons of old garbage and junk all around the store, literally toilet paper all over the middle of the floor. The guy doesnt say a word to me the entire time then mumbles see ya later when hes finished with my hair. Also when i go to pay he says CASH only... he told me to drive to the bank and get money or use the machine that they charge you a fee for. Since they dont have a machine you also get no reciept.. They dont tell you that before the hair cut either. I would rather cut my hair myself then have to go back there. Stay away from millennium barber shop!

DO NOT GO EVER TO THIS PLACE! I went there to get a haircut last night, and the barber made me watch TV the entire time (he was actually watching TV while cutting my hair). I asked him to turn me around to face the mirror. The barber (which is the owner of the place), got irrationally upset and stopped cutting my hair, started yelling at me (extremely loud and out of proportion), GRABBED ME BY THE NECK, and kicked me out of the barbershop. He grabbed me with his right hand and still had a pair of scissors on his left hand. I could not grab my coat and car keys (winter time). I called the cops and when they came over, the guy (surprised because I called the cops) said he asked me to leave and I did not want to. I could not press charges because he did not punch me and I was in a private property. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!

Went to millennium barbershop around 10:20am and nothing could’ve woke me up more than what I witnessed. I don’t think they believe in Covid. Masks are barely worn, nothing is sanitized, barbers using the same razor on different people. With the amount of cases sky rocketing in fort McMurray, u would think they would be more cautious. I personally won’t be back till I know things are being sanitized. Better luck next time-- null

Bad experience, the barber kept me turned away from the mirror the whole time so I couldn't even see what he was doing. Poor service, I had to go home and try to fix the haircut. Better off just giving yourself a buzz cut, the only cut I think they know, then paying them 25 bucks to do it.

I REALLY didn't like this place. These guys are not NEARLY professional. Swear at each other in front of customers. In a typical barber shop u see what is happening as your hair is cut, here the guys turn customers toward the tv and watch as they cut your hair. I could care less about tv as my hair is cut - I want to see my hair cut so I can stop it before I get butchered. CASH ONLY so they have an ATM set up in their shop so u can pull cash out (and pay their fee to use it) my hair got BUTCHERED here. The barber i got didn't care about the length of hair i wanted and just cut it SUPER SHORT. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

I walked into this barber shop looking to get my side shave cleaned up. I was welcomed warmly and looked after within a minute of sitting down. Joseph looked after me. He was so kind, and didn’t even charge me for the job! Telling me not to worry about it because it was such an quick shave! I even offered to grab them all coffee and treats and they declined politely saying that they hoped that I had a great experience and that I was happy! worst barber shop I have visited in my entire life. The staff is very rude. They don't know how to speak to a customer. The staff doesn't understand English and can't really speak as well. They will make you sit and wait and they will start eating their dinner. then after that in 5 minutes they will just move the trimmer randomly over your head and make you look the ugliest person. I dont think any of them is a barber they are just doing it part time and dont know how to cut hair. I had the worst haircut ever and they took 25 dollars for it. They don't accept debit/credit either. worst shop..will never go again and suggest that nobody goes there..once you go there you will realize how rude those people are

Amazing is the word I would use to describe these guys. I went for the first time and got a beard trim and my head shaved. It was great. Unfortunately, instead of going directly back I tried Tommy Guns barber - wrong decision. Not only was she rough on my face while trimming my beard, it was left uneven and choppy. I drove directly from Tommy Guns to Millennium and they fixed my beard and re-shaved my head. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with the service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good barber!
