I have been here numerous times for my nails and pedicure. They are very clean, safe and welcoming. The staff are all super friendly, and gentle, always making sure their customers leave happy and relaxed. Lots of free parking, appointments are easy to get, and the price is very reasonable. Five stars!!

I love going to Lux Nail, and they did a great job with my nails! They have excellent customer service and friendly staff! I live uptown, but I am willing to go to downtown only because to get great service and excellent result. I also liked Trish, but overall they are all talented !!! highly recommend it. The studio was clean and everyone was very friendly. My appointment was on time and even though they got busy the lady doing my pedicure did not rush, like most places do. It was such a relaxing experience. This was my first visit to Lux Nail, I'll definitely be back!

Abby !!!! Always has amazing personality caring and thoughtful our fist time meeting Abby was a great experience, upbeat and super friendly. Me and my girlfriend at the time was doing her Pedicures and Manicures. It was an great awesome service with Abby design was SOOO accurate and super cute kitty and puppy design. My girlfriend love it but here the thing. 2 day after my girlfriend accidently chip her nail while doing courses around the house. Being the princess she is, she always like thing prefect as specially her nails. So we came back the second time to LUX Nail Studio wanted to pay to fix my girlfriends nail because my girlfriend she's always clumsy. BUT ABBY with her amazing personally and friendly and caring service went out of her way and fixed her nail FREE OF CHARGED . Thank you soo much Abby for everything and just for making my life a little bit simple.

Trish is absolutely amazing. Infact all the ladies working here. I get Manicures and Pedicures done with them and i have never been more happier with services before. Seats there are so comfy and salon itself is very beautiful, gives a good vibe. I would recommend Lux nail studio to everyone.

I have to be completely honest here, I think it’s extremely unprofessional and disrespectful for a nail salon not to ask for proof of vaccine. …I do not feel comfortable sitting in a salon knowing there are people unvaccinated sitting near me ... HORRRRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! The manager over charged me on my gift card for my wife. I asked for a 50$ Gift Card and she said i would have to pay 150$? For the service I wanted for My wife. Even though I explained how she would pay the rest when there . I am late writing this review but I suggest you do not go to this business as they just want your money. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant. I do not recommend this place.

I got a gift certificate for Christmas and I booked a appointment and got with Harley, she's amazing at her work and is very friendly. The salon is incredibly clean and well organized, there is a huge color selection and everybody is incredibly friendly. I will definitely make Lux my salon of choice from now on.
