I called asking for gel polish and got a whole set of gel nails instead. I was surprised we didn’t understand one another and surprised because I ended up paying $25 more than expected. The ladies were very efficient but lacked a personal touch.

I went there for the first time and got a full set of nails for $115. I got ombré nails with silver tips. Granted I didn’t get a simple nail colour but that’s a ridiculous price for a full set of nails. I got the exact set of nails in Edmonton for 70$ and they lasted me a very long time. The job was done in a huge rush and tiny details were missed. One of my nails wasn’t filed properly and one of them was rough. There was still some dead skin on my cuticles! I mean what do you expect when 4 different people will do one set of nails per person? I get it their busy but if I’m paying $115 for nails the service better be perfect. Which it was far from. And to top it all off I got my nails done as I had to leave the country the next day and two of my nails fell off 3 days after. Never going there again.

went to Tye nails to get a pedi, they were packed and could not wait 30 minutes so went to Inah, they were dead...that should have been a clue. $80 for a shellac 25 min pedi is $20 too much compared to other better nail places in town. Just avoid the gouge.

I've wanted almond shaped nails for a while now. I found Inah's on google and was so happy to find that the were walking distance to my house. I love my new nails. Nikki was amazing and I will definitely come back to her. I already booked my "fill" appointment in two weeks. The place was spotless and organized. Everyone there was very friendly and I decided to stay longer and also get a spa pedicure. I recommend this place at anyone wanting quality service.

I got a basic manicure and pedicure on a slow day. I was rushed through the process. My polish wasn't good or cured when I left. They also spoke in another language a lot. I was charged an extra 25 dollars for service they felt I needed. Nope. Never again.

Absolutely terrible and pathetic service. Pedicure was good but manicure is terrible. Plus the ladies working there got too much of an attitude problem. I got mani and pedi done here. Got new set of nails and guess what in a week my gel extensions peeled off....even their nail paints peel off. The two star i gave are for the lady who did foot massage...only she was the positive part of the experience.

Came in for a $50 shellac manicure she did not soak me or push my cuticles back or give me cuticle oil. She rushed the whole thing even though it was only me in the shop. Would not recommend.

I’ve been to a lot of nail salons all over AB and Inah nail is by far the best service I’ve ever gotten. The quality of my nails is always great as every nail tech puts a lot of care into each nail. And, the salon is so clean and welcoming. I’m so happy I found them!

Decided on having a girls day out... Inah salon was wonderful. The girls at the store were friendly and even catered to our youngest lady who was only 3yrs old. Prices are fair and store provides a clean and comfortable environment. We highly recommend and will be returning.

Great service here; nice technicians and lots of option to choose from. I usually get my gel done in Edmonton but I couldn't go for these couple weeks so gave it a shot here based on my friend's recommendation and I have no regret for trying Inah Salon. Really sanitary and my nails turned out how I wanted them to be. I will be coming here regularly.

Booked a gel pedicure and loved the experience! The place is very chic and clean. I watched them clean their pedicure stations and they do a good job with using a good disinfectant spray (they let it sit too). My lady was very nice and gentle. My nailpolish stayed on for weeks. Would definitely go back! It is a little on the pricey side but other than that, awesome experience!

Got a set of gel nails two weeks ago for a wedding that I was a bridesmaid in. all but one broke off BEFORE the wedding which was this past Saturday. Was not rough with them at all but the Nails lasted only 6 days. So beyond disappointed.

Don't get fooled by their advertisements being everywhere and their semi-fantasy salon! I have a wonderful lady who does my nails & eyelashes, but she is on maternity leave. I've tried "Inah" today and while making appointment with them explained that I prefer to wait until their best technicians for the works are available, and they promised booking me with their best technician!... Their best technician had an awful performance! I came back with thick and uneven shapes nails, and very unnatural looking (cheap dolls looking) eyelashes. They charged me 1.5 times of that at my previous place as well!

I visited this nail spa a few hours ago and can say that it was a great experience! I badly needed a pedicure and team paid close attention to my feet. I can truly say this is the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten (and I’ve had my share in many countries). My foot is really smoothe. I also got a manicure that was good as well. Happy that I saw the reviews of others and decided to go. Definitely would recommend.

The service is great here but I am disappointed that I paid 94$ for a fill on my nails when the price they advertise says 75+. All I did was change the colour, didn’t get anything crazy or fancy art. Just changed the colour to 1 solid Color and got the gel overlay. My friend got a whole new set of acrylic for 84$, so it really doesn’t make any sense to me as to why my fill was more then a new set and she got the exact same as I did. I won’t be returning.

This place is a rip off. I was just charged an additional $30 for shellac on a basic pedicure and I provided my own shellac. Not only did I supply my own shellac, I had to go home and do the tips of my toenails myself. I paid $80, and for what, worst service ever, lesson learned. If it was possible to give zero stars, they'd have it.

I've been coming to Inahs for about a year and half now and haven't had a bad experience yet! Everyone is so nice and welcoming when I show up. Never had to wait more than 10 mins for my appointment. My waxer Sophie is super sweet and makes me feel comfortable. Love coming here and will continue to do so!
