Got my hair and nails done for my wedding. Got belaynge (can't spell) for the hair, a light trim and plain painted nails. The nails came off within the hour. All that for almost $400. Seemed too steep and my family wasn't impressed. All their nails chipped off before the wedding too.

Very pleased with the outstanding service the ladies at Hair Affair has provided me. The receptionists are very kind and helpful for booking an appointment. The lady that does threading done such an amazing job on my eyebrows, I don't think anyone has ever done this good of a job at shaping my brows. I like how they use the Kevin Murphy line which is more natural, the lady used that color on my hair and I am very happy with the color she chose for me. I will definitely be returning to this salon in the future and will recommend people here.

Very nice atmosphere, my hair dresser was really really nice and I would probably go with her again, however when I got home I could see brown spots in my hair that wasn’t fully dyed.

Awful experience. The stylist didn’t cover my roots, she put darker strips on the front of my hair and when I asked her to redo it- she redid the front and then told me she didn’t feel like washing my hair again. So I went home and washed it myself. Very unprofessional.

As a previous reviewer mentioned, I also had difficulties booking an appointment at Hair Affair. After trying multiple times a day for 2 days, I got through and was able to book a waxing appointment for the next day, which was good. I got my eyebrows and lip done. Overall it was a very rushed job, which personally made for a very stressful experience. The lip was done good enough, even though she did not go over it with tweezers or even make a closer inspection. She did not check my eyebrows for anything she might have missed either, and unfortunately for me it showed. When i first looked at them they seemed okay, but it wasn't until I got home that I realized that not only were they uneven, but one eyebrow had a visible dip on the top, in an area I had told her not to wax! I just couldn't believe how uneven they were, have never experienced that. I love my eyebrows too much to risk an experience like that again (because sometimes certain hairs don't grow back!!), so I have resolved to do my own while I am up here. Nothing but bad/mediocre reviews from the people i've asked in town as far as eyebrow waxing is concerned... I should have listened!

Received tragic news the day before my appointment. I decided to keep it as I didn't want to let my 6yo down. Both stylists did wonderful jobs on our hair, and staff were patient with my daughter as my hair had taken longer to finish, it was self care I really needed. Also with recent restrictions being lifted for salons they provided gloves and masks, everything was sanitized, very safe environment.
