Jen is the one of the sweetest ladies i’ve ever known, and works some true magic with my hair. When i first came to heavens my hair was box dyed black, and over a few appointments I was left with the almost white blonde I had always dreamed of. We’ve done a lot of different things with my hair over the years, but i’m always amazed with the results. She’s also amazing to interact with, which is very important when you’re spending hours with someone!

Always takes her time and listens to the needs of her clients, as well as getting to know them all on a kind and personal level.
