I had an appt for 2 and didn't end up getting in until 2:20. I wanted a $25.00 and up because she was a beginning stylist. When all was said and done she rushed and some of my highlights were orange and I ended up paying 248.00 plus a tip. I spoke to Vince the owner whom insisted his salon was above me and that I should go somewhere I can afford to go. He was rude and insisted on explaining his high social stature. Never go here again

I love the atmosphere and all the staff are so friendly and professional. The owner Vince is amazing and spends alot of time and effort ensuring the quality is consistent and spends time training and developing his team. Best part is I enjoy a nice glass of Bailey's or wine while i get my hair done! Stephanie is my stylist and shes fabulous...along with all the gals being wonderful.

I'd like to post a review for f8 salon which Im not in the habit of doing unless it shines with exemplary talent, or the contrary. Throughout the years as a frequent client , and well before the extradorinary transformation of the salon, I've been a very satisfied customer, and must confess, a fussy, persnickety one. .. I'm normally the salon's client Vince, who's an absolute gem as well as any member that happens to be available at my request time since my schedule is irratic to say the least. With that said, staff is always accommodating and there are no issues sharing stylists /clients based on availability. To my point, I have "sunned, and funned" my hear to near no return, and the staff literally designed a treatment and colour that would benefit me and sure enough it did.. I had one issue" gray "spot that was hoping to have addressed through my " transformation" and a highlight or two to add..and at last minute, I asked for a mini cut even though they were booked fit it in for me.. I'm in love with the new construction, the "massage chairs" and the amazing team Vince has formed.. Thank you Vince, for listening, understanding and "getting" me..happy client. Xxooo lynnie

First time visit and it was wonderful. All the staff were great. Kayla took care of me today and she did a great job. My colour turned out perfect and I love my cut. She took the time to learn exactly what I was looking for and it was greatly appreciated. While my colour set I was offered a bevy and enjoyed a great local brew. As my hair was being washed I enjoyed the massage chair . From start to finish every detail was perfect. I'll be back. Thank you for making my day feel pampering..

Was my second time at this salon, first time I was not completely happy with my highlights but decided to give them another chance. I’m glad I did. Was extremely happy with the way Stephanie did my highlights and trim, I have long curly hair and was very pleased that she only took off a little and did not chop it. My first time at the salon was amazing! It's a family owned business, and Vince the owner was meticulous, professional and a great hairstylist. The other staff members were all friendly and Nicole at the front desk was super helpful. Also, they are taking great care to stay healthy during this pandemic. They clean everything and check customers before they enter the salon. I would definitely recommend this salon!

Great experience, clean establishment, friendly service and staff, massage chairs at hair washing stations and the stylist actually give you what you want. A bit on the pricey end but what else do you expect when you walk into a fancy looking establishment.

I love coming to F8 (almost as much as I Iove watching Law & Order while eating sushi and drinking wine- Yes, that much!!). Sam is the Colour Goddess of Fort Erie. Always giving me the coolest blonde tones and a to die for cut. Wine, beer and specialty coffee service is available. The wi-fi is free. F8 gets a 5 star from this girl.

I have to admit I was a bit nervous heading to my appt. last week as my regular hairdresser retired and I needed to find a new one. My appt. was with Nicole. I was going with a whole new look an undercut pixie..daring I know. She took the time to talk about it, decide if my hair was suitable and if we could pull it off. Oh I have very fine hair! Well I have to say she did an amazing job. I have received so many compliments it's crazy, and she cut it so it brought my highlights out as well. Love it...thanks Nicole. See you in August ????

I go here for my hair cut. They have a barber for men in the back. His name is Mike. He takes his time and shows pride in his work! You will pay a little more then first choice of magic cuts or your regular barber but it's worth it

3 of us booked appointments at F8 for wedding hair back in May. They booked us all in for the same time so that we could get our hair done together. All 3 of us walked out looking amazing. Courtney did my hair and it looked absolutely stunning. We had a lot of fun while she worked away on my extremely long hair like it was nothing. The ladies at the front desk were keeping us posted on weather updates as it was storming and we were so worried that the outdoor wedding was going to be rained on. If I didn't live over 3 hours away, I would definitely be making F8 my regular salon. As a side note, I also picked up a few of the bath bombs that they sell and they were incredible. Thanks to F8 and all of the people there that helped make my best friend's wedding that much more special.

Always a wonderful experience at F8!! It is a shame that they are associated with atrium spa. If you have a bad experience at atrium (which you almost guaranteed will) DONT HESITATE TO COME TO F8!!! They are high class and ALWAYS do a wonderful job! Atrium apa is undeserving of being associated with f8 - it's truly a shame they share a building. I have had nothing but terrible experiences from atrium but nothing but WONDERFUL experienced from F8!!!!!!!!

Got my hair colour corrected and my neww growth bleached and toned and im talking about half head growth... Stephanie did an excellent job getting me to a nice healthy base colour which is hard hard work when someones messed with their hair at home... highly recommend her. She listens to exactly what your hair goals are and does excellent work. Thanks to both you lovely ladies for making me feel pretty again :)

Extremely disappointed with the spa side. My mom and I had a trial for makeup today for an upcoming wedding; I showed the girls pictures of what we were looking for and we walked out very very let down. What we got was nothing at all like what we asked for. I would've been much happier if they were just honest and said they could not do what we were looking for. The quality of the makeup was not very good they didn't even have liquid liner. No pigment in any of the shadows. We paid $45 + tax (each) not worth it at all! The best part was the personality and friendliness of the girls.
