Extremely disappointed with VSS Salon. My friends and I drove an hour to get our hair done, expecting for the salon to receive us. Once we arrived all lights were turned off and if it weren’t for a kind gentleman to tell us they were close, we would’ve waited for a very long time. We were given absolutely no notice that the salon would not be open due to Covid-19 restrictions. The hairdresser we scheduled with did not bother to even call us beforehand to notify us that the restrictions had not been lifted yet. Not coming ever again.

Ask for Nina! I went in just looking for a cut, and ended up trusting her to do my first ever huge change, just out of the blue! She was fantastic, and I love my new highlights. The atmosphere is modern and chique, and the entire shop is very clean and organized. The staff is informative, friendly, and insightful. They really go out of their way to ensure customer comfort and satisfaction. I am at an hour drive, but I will definitely make this my go-to salon.

I visited VSS salon accidentally and was impressed by Vickie's brilliant job. She goes above and beyond to comfort customers. I used to visit different pricy salons in downtown, but never experienced such devotion and attention to detail as in VSS salon. That being said, I would highly recommend trying this salon. Yesterday just visited VSS for the 1st time. It was a great experience. Vicky was very welcoming and professional. She understood exactly what type of style I wanted, and took her time, not rushing. She was diligent and very meticulous. I really liked the final outcome, and will definitely return. The location is great, with plenty of free parking. And the salon was very clean with a very professional look. So next time if you are in need of a trim or style, certainly give them a try, you will not be disappointed.????

The owner booked me in on Sunday just to accommodate before the closure. The store usually isn't open on Sundays. I'm grateful for that. I went to VSS Salon for my first time 1 day after hair salons were allowed to open again in June. Louise was kind enough to fit me in which says alot about their customer service. She made me feel so comfortable before I even stepped foot in the door. Vicky was my stylist and I have to say this was the best haircut I have had in years. I am so happy I have found this hidden gem in my neighbourhood. I highly reccommend visiting VSS Salon to friends and family.

Made my hair look orange. Were rude, not a "thank you" and not a "have a nice day", I am pretty shocked considering the good reviews. Did no even blow dry my hair properly.
