SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WITH ARROGANCE BETTER DON'T TAKE RISKS AND DO NOT GO THERE!!! It was the worst experience ever, I remember when I got there I young inexperienced lady took me and believe me my little sister could have done better what this person did to my hair, further more she was arguing with me stating that my hairs were not suitable to the haircut I asked for, FYI I am a man with short hair. Anyway they still charged me for 78$ for a crappy haircut. It was a very bad experience, think twice before you go there.

For those that want a hair stylist that knows what works, THIS is your stylist. He has a talent that cannot be described. Up-dos, down-dos, blow-outs, cuts and styles, he has mastered hair. I have very curly hair, and Dado is the only person that I will trust to cut it. I have been a satisfied customer for over 8 years. Sheila will be the one colorist that, once you have seen the results, you will never want to leave. Together, the team will make you feel welcome, comfortable, confident, and when you leave the salon you will feel like you need to be on a red carpet.

I did not want to put in public what happened and just put 1 star but since instead of apologizing you are asking me why then I will put in public which is not good for your reputation. I asked your stylist to blow dry my hair and make my hair wavy with brush but she said she will do it with hot iron but I asked her again that I never use iron and if she could please use brush and after that she became angry and she was slamming the doors. THis is unacceptable behavior. I did not want to make big deal of it in the salon (everybody else were super nice and friendly) and I paid and left but after I came home I decided to let you know and I texted and called you and explained what happened. Nobody called me after and apologised for your stylist's behavior. Even if you are angry on something you can't show your anger to customer who asks you something very politely. Sorry, I liked your place, your owner and front desk girls very much but your stylist's behavior was shocking. Thank you.

Went in for a haircut (Dado)and colour (Rosemary). Loved everything from the cappuccino Dado made to Rosemary's beautiful eye for colour. I went for a chocolate colour for fall with a hint of red and it came out exactly what I had hoped for even better! Not what I wanted. My hair feels so stiff..had to wash it right after I came back home. I wanted layers..I had specifically said, I don't want short hair and now the length is so short that I can barely tie them up. This is sheer negligence on their part. Hurts to pay almost $100 to ruin my hair for the next few months.

I've been to Glamour three times now, and I've never been disappointed. Due to a rather unfortunate haircut at another salon, my hair was not growing the way I wanted it and a friend recommended to visit Glamour. They have three stylists: Sheila, Tamara and Dado. The first time Tamara did my hair, and she did a great job recovering my hair. Super friendly and chatty, too. Then, I've been with Dado for the two past times and he's been just excellent. I barely gave him any instructions, and he made my hair look excellent. Mind you, I may be more lax about how my hair looks (as long as it is a good hairdo), so not sure if that'd work for everyone. Also, a cool thing -- they got a little bar, where they can make coffee for their customers, which is super cool, I thought. If you're waiting to get your hair cut, why not wait with a cup of coffee?

This salon is the BEST salon in Etobicoke/ Toronto/the GTA! I've gone to SO many places over years in search of the "perfect" place, but before I found Salon Glamour, I felt that something was lacking, whether it be skill, friendliness, a lack of attentiveness during the consultation, or even just a weird or uncomfortable atmosphere. ----> GLAMOUR SALON: I now flat out refuse to go anywhere else. Even if I move out of Toronto eventually, I will make the drive back whenever I'm doing something with my hair. They are masters at their craft, and make a point of staying current with the latest styles and trends, as well as being well-versed in the classics. (This kind of enthusiasm/loyalty to a business is NOT something that I give easily, so you can tell how pleased I am with Glamour). ----> CUTTING/STYLE: Dado, the owner, is sweet, accommodating and charming; when you're in his salon, you feel like you're visiting with friends. The first time I was there, I wanted to do full colour with a very funky "ombre" colour, so I was there for quite awhile as that kind of colouring takes time with very long hair. I was able to watch other people come in to get cuts and styles, and it was INCREDIBLE to see Dado's cutting/styling abilities. He did a variety of styles that day on many different people (including me!) and EVERY one of them looked as though the style was MADE for them, complimenting their features perfectly. It really is artistry at work. I have NEVER been as happy with my hair style / cut before, and it was so refreshing to see Dado REALLY listen, suggest things, and help me decide exactly what to do during the consult. He seems to inherently understand what you want, even if you - like me - don't know the right industry "lingo". Also - ALL of the staff are very attuned and attentive to how you're feeling, and flat out REFUSE to let you leave unless they are 100% certain that you're happy, satisfied, and feeling good about your new style (although I've not seen anyone unhappy, but it's so refreshing to know that if I did want to tweak anything, it wouldn't be an issue at all). ----> COLOUR: Every time I've been here (and I've been a faithful client since September 2015, and am sitting in the salon as I write this, April 19th, 2016) I've had the pleasure to have Rosemary Camillo colour my hair. She's a trained colourist, and dedicates her time to colouring only, as it's her expertise. She is so fun to watch as she mixes up colours, studying your hair, deep in thought as she adds just the right amount of everything. Her work is STUNNING - my hair colour and blow-dry styling (which she also does) truly exceeds my expectations EVERY time. Rosemary is a gem - I'm SO glad I met her! ----> THE ATMOSPHERE: Open, and fresh, with minimal/simplistic decor that feels natural/effortless - but was obviously carefully designed to feel that way (like when we ladies do the "not wearing makeup" look - which actually takes a lot of skill/makeup! ????). Everyone seems happy and is welcoming/smiling - and again not in a forced "stepford-wife, my boss makes me smile" kind of way. ????Just people who get along, like working where they work, thus creating a calm, relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. I've never felt rushed, outof place, or even excluded from conversation at Glamour. I didn't realize how much of a difference a welcoming, authentically friendly atmosphere makes, especially when you're not at ALL on edge about your cut/style: we all know what it's like sitting nervously in the stylist chair as a nightmare-haircut appears before you! Not having to worry about that whatsoever makes such a huge, positive difference. Because of the talented people who work here, I've had the courage to try a variety of bold new colours/styles without a second thought or worry - I know I'm always in good hands. There's nothing like a new 'do to pick you up when you need a change! 5 stars, only because I can't give 10. Do yourself a favour & try this place out - you'll be glad you did!

We got out 3yr old sons hair cut, my wife's knots one by one combed through-cut-straightened, and a great fade on me with some good style to hide my ever growing bald spot. Youd think we'd known each other for years! I was super nervous about making a huge change to my look, but as soon as Dado started snipping, I relaxed into my chair with ease. This man is one with the scissors! What a natural! I read the one bad review about the stylist being very rude, but I decided she was probably having a bad day and I will try this place anyways, since all the other reviews were good. I was hoping to get a walk-in appointment for my Mom and I, which I knew was a long shot, but decided to call and ask if we could pop in. The women on the phone was very friendly at first, but when I said I'll have to get back to her to make an appointment later in the week, her tone completely changed and she became very rude. Unprofessional and uncalled for. I will not be making any future appointments here.

Had a balayage from black hair with grey toner. Victor did a beautiful job. They offer you coffee and snacks while you’re waiting and throughout the whole process. I’ve already gotten many compliments and some have asked where I had my hair done. It was a little pricey, but was still within my expectations, especially considering I was there for 6 hours. My hair has remained very healthy looking despite the bleaching. I would definitely recommend adding fibreplex to everything. I would say the only thing that wasn’t perfect was that there were some strands that were still blonde that the toner missed, but I didn’t mind too much. Highly recommend!

I must say, it was a destiny that brought me to that place. I was planning to go back to blonde from red toner conditioner, which left a lot of orange pigment in my hair. I am so sorry, if I misspelled the names of the hair stylists, but Kelsey was my savior. I came there with no expectations, just asked to make me as less yellow as possible. She managed to turn my hair into color that I always wanted. I guess, nobody expected the ashy blonde to come out after that dirty and unpleasant red color. It took her 2 hr to do that, and it was almost closing time, but I really appreciate the time you spent on me. Also one more thing worth mentioning, all the hair stylists there work as a team. Dado was nice enough to assess every step my hair went through. The quality of the hair is fine, I can't say the best, but it's only my fault, cuz they were bleached several times before this one lucky visit to Glamour. I will definitely come back to play around with some bright hair colors, because they have a varietyh of interesting dyes. Will recommend everybody.

I had heard about salon Glamour from a friend but I was sceptical to come for a visit, partialy because it was out of my way and partialy because of fear of change! As soon as I walked in and the friendly staff greeted me as if we knew each other for years- I felt comfortable! Dado was running a bit late as his previous guest had additional questions however, I did not mind one bit. How could you when they served you premium espresso like we are in Rome!! The haircut was amazing! Well worth the one hour travel! I highly recommend salon Glamour for your next beautifying session or simply for awesome coffee and ambiance!

I wanted a hair salon on The Queensway near my car dealership so that I could have my hair done while my car was being serviced. I googled and visited the websites of various salons in the area from Sherway Gardens east. From this research I chose Salon Glamour. I had no idea what I was getting into at all. Simply Fantastic! On May 27th , I had a bridal make-up trial with Sanja and I could not be happier. The skin on her scall has melted off and is cover in push from the chemical burns. we will be looking into legal actions she has been at the doctors and seeking professional legal suit on this company and dresser.

I was on the hunt for a new hair stylist and booked this place due to the google reviews and proximity. My stylist did not introduce himself to me or check in with me at any point during the service. This is supposed to be a premier salon, so at minimum I was expecting a little bit of service in this regard... I had shown pictures and asked for some shorter pieces in the front to frame my face, and he went ahead and cut them so short I practically have bangs. He did this without a word, so I was shocked when I saw him cut my hair and immediately pointed out how it was much shorter than I had expected. I am used to stylists checking in on length before doing this. Absolutely zero products were used during my service appointment (no heat protectant, hair oil, hairspray to set the style, etc). Again, this isn't a budget salon so I assumed at least a heat protectant would be applied prior to my hair being blow dried. Lastly, my stylist had his mask below his nose and was only half covering his mouth the entire time. I was so uncomfortable that as soon as my appointment was done I just wanted to get out of there. I did let the receptionist know some of this feedback and she was kind and apologetic. To the salon's credit, everyone else had their mask on properly. Not sure if this was a one off but wanted to share my experience.

I am coming to the salon Glamour every Saturday for the last 8 years and have pre-scheduled appointments for at least 6 months in advance. During this period I have never waited (naturally, I also make sure that I arrive on time!). My traveling schedule was accommodated even if that meant Dado would come on Sundays or outside of working hours. The care my hear and myself received is outstanding! The most peculiar thing is that my hear would keep the same style for the whole week without me needing to do anything! Dado is great in hair cutting and styling, but the rest of the personnel is also great in what they do (hair colouring and hair washing - by the way it is not unusual to receive great head massage while your hear is washed!). Great experience overall.

They understand my thick and unruly hair; my hair colour was always disappointment to me so I kind of made a peace having a bad hair colour (orangey) until I came in here! I had my first hair cut (women's short hair) at Salon Glamour today. In summary, I would defintiely come back here fr my next hair cut again. Arianna did an extremely good job for cutting my hair and she was very detail oriented and I was very satisfied - her passion and skill level definitely shines through the hair cut I got. I experienced care for my hair during the hair cut and also noticed the other stylists providing the same level of care and detail to other customers. Salon Glamour was also very clean - and the over all vibes was excellent. Everyone on the team here is very professional and down to earth. Being new to the area I went in recently for a haircut. I was greeted by a very pretty stylist named Kielce ( pronounced Kelsey ) she was very nice and professional. Asked to take my jacket and if I wanted something to drink. We sat down and discussed what I wanted and I've always gotten the same haircut for a long time. But she suggested a different style that would suit me better. I said ok and couldn't be happier. My hair looks amazing and I definitely have a new hair stylist. The owner Dado was very nice and funny. Great looking salon, great atmosphere and very talented stylists. So happy I chose this place and you won't either.
