The Hair design team at salon collage deliver is one of the Best services I have experienced in the city of Toronto. I was hooked after my first visit - Sandro - the owner of the salon, along with Rico and John - combine with an award winning haircutting experience. They really add something special to Etobicoke - now I don't have to fight traffic to get to Toronto. The salon is right in my backyard - pretty much right across the street from Sherway Gardens. Sandro - I will see you in a month - or maybe sooner if I decide to treat myself to fresh cut and style.

So disappointed that I didn’t get the color that i want for my hair. I told the stylist that i want to go ash brown and i want to get rid of the blonde but there’s still alot more blond left on my hair. She bleached my hair then toned it and not even 5 mins, she washed it. No wonder the color didnt stay that much to my hair. After, she cut 1inch of my hair and blow dry. I was actually being nice because it was getting late and they were closed already. So i told her i’ll just finish the blow dry and flat iron at home. She still charge me $60 for hair cut and blow dry. So i came home and excited to continue the blow dry and flat iron my hair to see the result of what she did to my hair. I was more than disappointed. Can’t believe i spent so much money and didn’t get what i want. I trusted them since they were getting a lot nice reviews. I went back to see if theres anything that they could do to make it more i like it to be but they’re just making all these excuses to not do it. I’m so upset. I was expecting that they should’ve atleast refund me half of my payment but nothing. I still can’t get over it! So unbelievable !!

Salon Collage is hands down my favourite salon in the city!! I always have the best cut, colour, style, and your friends will start asking you where you get your hair done, I promise. Not only do you get a great hair style (by any stylist there) but if you book with Rico, as an added bonus, you will come away with inspiration for a new recipe, restaurant recommendation, or carpentry tip too! I was a bit freaked out to go in Covid times, but they surpassed my expectation, putting up barriers between every station and check out, enforced masks etc.

Rico always cuts and styles my hair. He is fantastic! He's even given me advice over the phone when I coloured my hair darker than I wanted, and advised me what to do to help get back to my lighter colour without ruining my hair.

Exceptional Service! I haven't had a haircut in a really long time, because finding a stylist to do what you ask for is hard to find. At Salon Collage i met Stephanie Schewe who made me a believer in great haircuts again. I showed her a picture and voila she did exactly what the picture showed. I can't express enough how happy I am. PLUS... THE PRODUCTS... can't say enough.. they are so good.. And the location is perfect. Easy to get to and lots of parking. All in all a fabulous experience. I will be back. :)

I have been going to see Stephanie at salon Collage for over 10 years. I have referred many family members and friends to her over the years and she has done many weddings of my family members (and my wedding, too!). I see her every 6 to 8 weeks because she is THE STYLIST to see in Etobicoke. At the end of my appointment with her, I leave with confidence that my haircut and blonde highlights look amazing and if I need product, I am never disappointed with what Steph recommends. I get compliments on my hair all the time, and I have Steph to think for that! I have curly hair that is just past my chin and whole-head blonde highlights. Anyone who knows hair, knows that's no easy combination! I promise, you will not want to use any other stylist after you go to Steph!

I am not one to do too many reviews or post on social media, however, I really wanted to write this review because I appreciate all of you and how well you take care of me and also my mom. This pandemic has been hard on so many people, and I was pleased to see you reopen and how you have changed your protocols to follow public health directives and keep the clients and your team safe. I have been a client of Rico's since 1994 when he was just starting out, and I have continued to be a client all this time even when I lived away. I tried other places but always came back because the quality is so good at Salon Collage. I have tried lots of hair styles and colour over the years, and have never been disappointed. And even when I have asked for something (like red hair) and haven't liked it, you have fixed it and never made me feel bad. I bring my mom in and she loves John and Sandro. She is the most important lady in my life and you always make her feel like the special person she is. And her hair looks awesome! Frances at the front desk and professional make up artist is also one of my favourite people at Salon Collage. Always does her best to accommodate me into their busy schedule and always asks about my son and lets me go on and on about my toddler. She genuinely cares and it is such a nice thing that adds to my experience, in addition to the great hair style I get. I got Frances and Rico and most of the team at Salon Collage to do hair and make up for me and my bridesmaids and junior bridesmaids and family years ago. They made me and everyone in my party look and feel amazing. Thank you for the decades of great care guys! Stephanie is my incredible stylist, but I have also had the pleasure of getting wash and go’s (sometimes-weekly) from others at the salon as well. I wouldn’t switch it up for the world! After hearing good reviews from my partner who got his hair cut by Marissa and by reviews online, I booked an appointment to get my hair done a week before my birthday. They booked me with Stephanie. I go into the Salon for a consultation and discuss what I would like (cool blonde hair). I let her know I did not expect a miracle since my hair wasn't its healthiest due to bleahing from brown to blonde. She said it was ok & she could work with it. On the day of my appointment, it was as if Stephanie had forgotten the consultation so we discussed again and I showed her pictures. Again, I did not expect it to look exactly like the pictures. She assured me that she knows exactly what I want. Then she kept asking a male stylist what he would do. What colour to use, peroxide level, etc. I was getting so nervous and before I knew it, she was putting in lowlights for "dimension". I decided to trust it since the reviews were so great, plus, colour always looks darker when being applied. No foil was wrapped around the lowlights. They laid against the pieces that were being lifted/bleached. (Excuse any wrong terminology) Back and forth she went, between another client and myself. Another girl washes my hair and Stephanie finishes with a blow dry. I quickly looked knowing I was about to cry. It was darker than before I walked in. I thanked her, paid with a tip & left. I cried for a week straight, especially on the night of my birthday when I tried everything to make it look OK. I wore my hair up the rest of the time. Brown blotches, broken, and green from whateber toner she used. Finally, a coworker convinced me to call and explain my situation. "They will be nice and will most likely fix it, no problem" She said. So I called... I asked to speak to the manager because I was too nervous to talk to stephanie. I ended up speaking to Marissa who said she would have to charge me only because it was not her mistake. She made me feel open to trusting Stephanie to fix it, telling me about her experience. I spoke with Stephanie who immediately told me I didnt need to tell her manager. I apologised, I understood it was probably embarrassing for her too. She agreed to fix it. Trying to come up with a date was difficult since we both basically work the same days/hours. It would be about 3 weeks before I could come on a day she worked. She scheduled me for a colour fix & cut (For free) since she had bleached my hair more than it could handle & I needed the brown blotches cut away. I arrived by uber on that day. Greeted by a blank face. How uncomfortable. She started with telling me I would have to pay for 2 colours to fix it since I had come after so long. I asked her why she would agree that it was OK then wait for me to arrive to tell me? I would have accepted a call. She kept on with saying she has to charge me. I told her I would not have come if I knew she would charge me. She told me she cannot give away free services. I said I paid for a bad job and wont be paying for her to fix it as well, I would rather leave. She left a few times to talk to her manager. Comes back to tell me I will have to pay for the cut at least. I said fine. I felt so bullied. I just wanted it over. She blended the colours well & cut it. I thanked her, paid, & left. She charged me for a cut AND blow dry. I mean, I would have said no to the blow dry to avoid putting more money into this disaster if I knew she was charging. I assumed she needed to blow dry to show me &confirm that I was really ok with it. Anyways.. During the fix, she talked with her coworker about a competition she was placed in for top 10 stylists in toronto or something of that sort. I understood, she was trying to make a point that she was a good hairstylist. And reviews would point towards that, even the fix was nice. But I cannot deny the mess it was the 1st time around. I never even got an apology. I avoided writing a review for so long because I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to write a bad review & regret it once I wasn't so upset about it. 2 months shy of a year since I went.

I met Stephanie through work (the staff comes to my Starbucks next door regularly), when on the lookout for an experienced stylist who could properly handle super-short female pixie-like cuts. She is always looking fly herself, so I knew she knew what she was doing! Not only is Stephanie an amazing stylist, with confidence and talent, but the whole staff always greets me warmly and I'm treated with professionalism from start to finish. The massage chairs at the wash sinks are a definite added bonus! Salon Collage has been my hair haven for 15 years. Stephanie is a talented and experienced stylist who has been cutting, coloring, and styling my hair through all of my life events, countless weddings, events and parties. I have never left the salon disappointed. She has worked on my hair when it was long, with extensions, pixie, and everything in between! Francesca has done my make up on multiple occasions over the years- this dream team always makes me feel like a super model when I walk out. Since the shutdown/global pandemic I was very worried booking my first hair appointment in July 2020. All my worries and fears were immediately put to rest as soon as I walked in- there was plexi glass not only at the front reception but between every stylist chair and hair wash station; staff wearing masks consistently; hand sanitizer everywhere and being used appropriately and the same goes for cleaning and disinfectant. The salon was so accommodating to my schedule (honestly they always are), made me feel safe (health wise), and took great care of my hair! I can’t thank them enough! You have a loyal customer for life!

I've been going to salon collage for a very long time I love sandro his cuts color amazing ...you know when you get your hair cut and you need a few weeks to readjust...not with sandro you can work with your new cut immediately he never ever disappoints you amazing all the time...during covid salon collage created an extremely safe environment with no concerns...they put shields in every section of the salon each station has their sections shielded also in the colour stations and the reception area is also well shielded..they are continuously sanitizing their stations ..it looks amazing with the new look the salon is gorgeous clean and extremely safe..I've seen other places and it's nothing like salon collage...no worries safe to go visit this beautiful salon with extremely talented ppl. I have no worries visiting the salon ....????

The RECEPTIONIST who calls herself the manager was SO rude at the end of my appt. She is a sorry excuse of an employee. I tried to call to make an appt for a haircut and all she did was insult me instead of just doing her job. She asked me if I’m sure what my last name is? Really? Then she told me I didn’t know how to pronounce my name. She has a serious misunderstanding of what running a business is and what it means to provide customer service. DO NOT GO HERE and if you do, don’t call, “meet a stylist first.” Bc apparently that’s how you book an appt at this hair salon. I’m sure she’s running customers off like a fan of poison that she is.

I don't usually write reviews, I've been a customer of theirs for the past 9 years and I never thought to write a review because there was something romantic about knowing a great salon, that wasn't a chain, and keeping it quiet. But I just got 14 inches of my hair cut, to donate it to Locks of Love, and I realized I wouldn't have felt more comfortable with such a big change than with the Salon Collage family. The salon is beautiful, the atmosphere is cozy and chic, the staff is friendly and welcoming and they have exceptional service. I've always gotten my hair cut with Sandro and this time he spent 2 hours on my hair, making sure my long bob cut had the cleanest sharpest cut. It looks beautiful and I am so happy with it! He is very professional but so personable. Thank you guys I really love the look, and I feel great!

LOVED IT. I got a cut with Catherine and she is so lovey! Omggg!!! She was so polite, made me comfortable, fun banter, took her time and didn’t laugh at me when I kept saying “I don’t know, what do u think”. I came back the next day. There was one piece in my bangs I didn’t love, she didn’t make me feel weird about coming back at all, in fact I felt like she was happy to make me happier about the cut and even said “if it’s still not perfect you come back!” Such a nice experience. I live downtown but it's worth the drive to Etobicoke to get my haircut by the Master - Sandro. I come out looking five years younger - and better looking frankly...) I have been getting my haircut at this amazing salon for the last five years now. The team is highly educated on the latest haircutting styles and techniques. I see a lot of happy clients, and some really amazing transformations. Thank you Sandro for the great haircut!!

I won't deny that this place is probably great for women and some men to get their hair cut and styled. But if you're an oriental Asian man, this is probably not the place for you (even if you're trying a new style/do for a change). I saw that this place has 5 star rating - saw men's review about Sandro and Rico being great. I booked myself an appointment - Sandro not avail, so Rico it was. He was friendly and tried to be attentive. Unfortunately, no matter what explaining I did, I just didn't get the cut that I want (and yes, I've got cuts from other stylists and barbers that I absolutely loved from different establishments that accomplished what I wanted - just in case ppl were wondering if I just had unrealistic expectations). Long-story short: I ended up with a go-to clipper cut that Asian men are subjected to at the sides, the volume I wanted in certain areas became clippered and traced to the contour of my head. And in all honesty, it's the same quality as first choice hair cutters except it's $39+. Granted, he didn't ask for tip cause he knew I wasn't too pleased about it. This is not to put anyone down; I'm sure Rico does amazing work with different types of hair. I just would've liked to see this kinda honest review from an Asian guy so I wouldn't be stuck with a haircut I don't like for another month or so.

My experience at this location including my hair stylist has been exceptional. From the greeting to the walkthrough including results which are above and beyond. Meghan McEvoy has exceeded expectations and always does much more than asked for. I'm not much for coloring which I know her to be an expert at - despite this fact her eye to not only detail but asking the right questions has lead her to deliver stunning results for my hair everytime. The fact that I come back to her and only her for my hair despite my simple needs speaks volumes of how much I respect her work. Thank you for providing a welcoming and exciting environment for me to come back to!

Hands down, BEST place to get all your hair servicing needs!! The owner and all staff are very friendly and welcoming the entire time you’re there; ensuring a memorable and satisfying visit. The teams talent and passion for hair is impeccable and always current. Even with COVID-19, they provided a very safe and comfortable visit. All staff were wearing masks and hand sanitizers were everywhere. Everything that was used was sanitized and overall the salon was extremely clean. I highly recommend Sandro. They say if you find a hairstylist that you like don’t ever let them go. I’ve been following Stephanie around for about 15 years and Salon Collage has been her home for a long time! Any time I’ve wanted to update my look, Steph gives her honest input and does a fantastic job. Normally I would shy away from a “trendy salon” (because let’s face it; I’m not cool) but when you walk into this place everyone is so warm and genuine. Over the years my mom and sister have gone to the salon and now I bring my two small kids. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephanie or Salon Collage to anyone!

I had a great hair cut experience with Frank a couple months ago. The salon is very tidy and very busy. I just had a wash and cut but Frank made it feel like 10+ experience. He has great skills and I enjoyed the head massage :) I'll be back soon!
