I highly recommend Kielce for anything! I have been seeing her for years. She always does my hair perfectly! I get colouring/cut/blow dry done and its consistently amazing! She's got you for whatever your looking for!!

Love this salon, everyone makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Rocco, the owner, listens to what you the customer wants. He has been doing my hair for over 3 years and knows what I want even if I don't. I get asked at least once a week "who does your hair, it looks great!" No lie. The colour and cut are amazing and so easy to maintain. Thanks Rocco for making me look GREAT!!

After 20 YEARS and following Rocco when he relocated to his own salon, I have to agree with a previous comment. All is well until you find fault, which I have never done but once in twenty years (and that was when I saw another stylist there as Rocco was busy). But of course I stayed. It is my opinion that he no longer cares about his long time clients. He doesn't seem to be aware of what he has been doing for us and our hair. He flat out lied when saying I agreed to something I would never have done - and refused to speak with me about it when I did finally complain - after being loyal for 20 years!! He had his receptionist relay the message. Twice! I tried to speak with him TWICE. THIS WAS THE ONE TIME I DID NOT REMIND HIM OF WHAT HE USUALLY DOES. SO SAD! Rocco is an excellent stylist. I cannot take that way from him. He just doesn't seem to care about the long-time customer. I feel very bad. Never did I complain about anything that I received (and there were a few bad moments over the years). I just paid. But this time it could not be overlooked. Not the blatant disregard for the truth and placing blame where it should not be; on a very long-time customer who never changes anything except occasionally the length of hair. Oh! Did I mention I was on my phone for work a lot that day and trusted him to remember what I have had done for decades! Yup! That was a big mistake. He loses two twenty year long customers. Myself and my daughter. We both thought so very highly of him. Wishing you the best Rocco!! I do think you mifht consider best business practices? Consider writing in a customer file (as you should anyway) and REFERRING TO IT! A twenty year long client is very melancholy about leaving you and you do not seem to care. Unfortunate! I now go to SOHO on the Queensway! EXCELLENT! Oh well ....

I can’t say enough good things about my hairdresser, Kielce. Cut, dye, blow dry... I’ve never been so happy with my colour and cut. I had a bad experience years ago at another salon and I’ve been hesitant to find a new hairdresser but after meeting Kielce, she put me at ease and did an AMAZING job to boot. Thank you! Love it!

Been a client at this salon for a very long time!!Not only am i a client,but majority of my friends are as well!! Its close to home and the service is like no other salon! The staff there is very friendly,outgoing, and lots of fun!! It's a light atmosphere and great environment. Not only is the team so great to be around but they are very talented artists. They use top of the line products,they serve coffee/tea, its comfortable and the service is impeccable!What else can you ask for???If your in the market for a new hair salon give Salon Absolute a try!!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The " girl " there yesterday was LOUD!!!!!! and she could not do a very simple hair trim.!!!! She was full of caked on foundation and looked very sloppy.She badly needs to work on her people skills. The owner and a young man were very nice to me. I did walk out and will NEVER go back again!!!!!

What ever you do DO NOT GO HERE! The owner Rocco will treat you well up until you have a legitimate complaint! Very unprofessional. I live out of town from this salon, at least an 1 1/2 drive and had been going to Salon Absolute for a while regardless of the long distance to and from.. Up until this latest appointment I had had reasonable results from Rocco the owner, and therefor continued to go there. But unfortunately for me, and for whatever reason, my latest appointment found Rocci over coloring my hair so much so that it went from ash blond to an awful orangy yellow color! Even before he had dried my hair I mentioned that the color looked very yellow. He said it was the lighting in his salon. He dried it, and it was definately a completely different color than what I was used too!! Very yellow! I left feeling very unhappy with the color and three days later I called him to explain that i really felt my hair color was far far to yellow. He said to wait a few days and if it didn't change, to come in and he would fix it. So I waited a few days and, well, of course my hair color did not change. So I called again. He said to come in, but that I would have to leave with my hair wet after he colored it!!!! I mentioned that I felt the least they could do was dry my hair considering it was his mistake that found me returning to his salon in the first place! He agreed, so back on the highway I got. Apon arriving, his normal, friendly greeting for me was nowhere to be found, he just looked at me and turned away. Once taken to a chair, I mentioned to him that I wanted the ash color back in my hair like it was before and he literally snapped at me and loudly said "What, you are telling me how to do my job now!!!" I felt like saying to him, " hey, this is your mistake buddy, not mine!" But of course I did not. None the less, he did fix the color, but when it came time to dry it, he had a new employee dry it and honestly, it was just a terrible blow dry. I didn't really care about this that much as she was new, so I tipped the new girl $10.00 regardless of the crappy job. I just felt that she should not be punished for Rocco's mistake. It was only when he told me I OWED HIM for the terrible blow dry, that I really felt robbed! $37.00 is what I had to pay for the lousy blow dry! After he had screwed up the color of my hair, after I had to drive all the way back to his salon to have it fixed, he makes me pay for a less than lousy blow dry. Do yourself a favor, find a salon that values your business, and treats you respectfully.

I can’t say enough about Kielce. She has been doing my hair for the last 6 years ! I was never happy with the blonde other hair dressers would achieve on me until I met my hair fairy! Kielce listened to my concerns and gave her expert opinion and now I’m loving my blonde even when it grows out ????. I will never let anyone else touch my hair. Best hairdresser in the GTA !!!

If you are looking for a stylist that will not only make you fall in love with your hair again but will listen to your wants/needs and will trust 100% with your mane, Kielce is your go-to-girl.
