Terrible service/experience. The staff there will skip you and service their regulars first (even if you arrived before the regulars). (i've been there about 3-4 times, they skip me about 2-4 times on average) They also charge $21 for a men's haircut (which is rather pricey), and offer terrible service in exchange for it (unless you're a regular). Not worth the price. I also saw them giving their regulars lower prices ($13) instead of the usual $21 they charge normally. Sure, I get that they reserve the right to do so, but I thought it'd be good info to anyone that isn't a regular there.

I have been coming to Michael’s for years. I wouldn’t trust anyone with my hair other than my stylist/colour tech, Cosimo. Not only is he the most talented person I know, he always ensures that you feel comfortable, welcome, and important. If you need a GREAT stylist or colour tech, you need to pay him a visit!

Pretty poor service. Did not know how to blend (got the feeling he didn’t know what that was). When I asked him if he will blend the hair, he kept on saying ‘yes, yes’ but continued to finish dusting me gesturing end of the hair cut. When I asked him again, I was replied with ‘don’t complain’! Never had that one before!! Oddly, kept cutting on one side of my head only with a slight bit on the other side resulting in a weird stair case look! The hair cut was rushed, totalling 10mins. Was really hoping this barber would be good from some of the reviews, but unfortunately definitely not to be. I’ve added pics..this was meant to be 2 side and back. Really not sure what I got here haha ????.

My son probably got the worst haircut from this barbershop. I will NEVER return to this barbershop, nor will I recommend this place to others. Barber ignored all requests to keep my son’s hair long. I probably would have done a better job blindfolded. Very uneven and extremely short—which means it’s impossible for me to fix since there’s little left to cut. I’m beyond dissatisfied.
