It is good for basic cuts but nothing fancy. I tried it for the 1st time and will be the last time. The price is competetive. The new owner been around for 5 years i believe. Some mentioned that they've been customers for 27 years, must be referring to the previous owner.

I am sorry but I do not agree that Unlimited Hair Salon is a five star salon. And I would like to tell you why here below. I was new in Etobicoke so when I needed my hair for a special occasion I started searching in google maps for a good salon nearby. And I picked this salon because it had good reviews. I scheduled an appointment I went there. I needed to get my hair curled. My stylist she did not understand or speak English. I loved the way she washed my hair but the rest was just like a nightmare. When my hair was done I felt it was burned dry not silky, and with no volume and more than that it was a stress for me. I let my stylist know that i was not happy not satisfied but she did not know how to fix what to do. People do mistakes yes. But that was just a little bit too much. I think people should do what they do good. So unprofessional. I could do my hair better at home by myself. Very frustrating. Definitely I will not come back and I do not recommend this salon to anyone because their service is a way far from 5 star service and your friend can do the same to your hair at home and for free ; )

I went several times. It was a hit or miss. Roxanna is good with cutting, but not with complex coloring. She didn't know what ombre or balyage was and ended up doing a weird experiment on my hair.

I have been to numerous of hair salons in my time some good, some not so good. However Hair Unlimited did a such good job cutting my hair that I feel comfortable coming in. There are times when I go to a hair salon that I think they are going to do a good job and it turns out that they cut it wrong and I get angry and leave and I never come back. However today Yadira was cutting my hair and she made sure she was going to cut my hair correctly and I was going to leave satisfied and that is the type of customer service that I want that no other hair salon ever did to me. Every single person working their they are awesome at what they do and just the fact that they greet me in and remember my name makes it enjoyable experience.

Went fairly recently after toronto was in stage 2 of covid. Saw Roxana and was uncomfortable that she didn't wear her mask throughout the service. The few times she tried to wear, it didn't cover her nose. I asked her twice to fix her mask but that was of no use. Should adhere to the rules specially if you see many people during the day. Will not be returning.

A very bad experience - I got a hair cut with a guy ( apparently newly hired ). I explained to him that I want something very classic and simple, cuz I had an interview the day after. Instead he took liberty and went crazy on the front to the point that he screwed up a part of it, and had to put some hair fibre to cover the mess. I had to stop him!! and asked him to finish it before he screw up my hair even more! I will never ever go back to this place!

This is a review for a male haircut. I wanted a crew cut (no. 2 on top) with a fade on the sides (from zero at the base). It was done above and beyond my expectations. I have gotten this haircut twice. First time was by Roxana, and the second time was by Yadira. Satisfied on both occasions. ????

I was hesitant to come here but they had good reviews so I booked an appointment. All I wanted was basic trimming and curtain bangs. Unfortunately it was a mess. I asked if she could fix it or even make it layer instead, she got agitated and said ‘ well now I had to start again, portion by portion ‘ and even blamed my hair for being too straight to cut. She was rushing since there was another lady waiting. I decided to just let it go and asked to blow dry it at least so that I dont look weird but I even got burned from the heat. I hope it was not intentional. :(
