Experience was ok. My appointment was delayed by 10 mins. I had arrived 5 mins early. Even though I came by appointment, someone else who had arrived before me was taken before me. So, going by appointment did not help. The haircut was ok. Price was reasonable.

If i could only give 0 star i will. I went there last Saturday to get balayage, i was really excited because i’ve been wanting to get a balayage plus i’m going for a vacation. The lady said she can do it when i showed the picture she needs to copy. It was a disaster. I think she has no idea what balayage was. My husband wanted me to sue them and not pay a single cent for ruining my prrfect healthy hair. I don’t recommend this salon at all. If you look at both picture, they’re totally different. Not even a slight similarity.

Luxury hair cut for little cost $. Friendly, and a very clean environment. The lady whom cut my hair was a perfectionist- very steady hands, and thourough. Excellence \^__^/They speak both English and Korean. They are next to a sushi & ramen restaurant and fish n' chips. Haircut and sushi ????

Very quick service, yet very professional and i like the hair cut and amazing staff attitude. Cost is very reasonable. And Rebecca was very skilled , and i can see they have their own loyal customers calling and booking back before leaving. The place was clean and COVID 19 restrictions compliant.

Wow! I've been searching for a hair dresser for many years now, I've been to so many different places with a whole range of prices. I almost never get what I ask for. I actually gave up and decided to go here because it was right next to my new job, and if I wasn't going to get what I want anyways I might as well go somewhere close by and cheaper. This place definitely doesnt look fancy, but the hairdresser was very skilled and patient and accommodated all of my requests (asking them to keep it longer at the front, then go shorter, and then actually maybe a bit shorter). And they actually gave me the haircut I wanted!! It was perfect!! Went from a lob to a much shorter but still women's cut (a bit longer than a pixie). I was so impressed, this will definitely be my new go-to!
