I had a walk-in appointment with Michelle today. Walk-ins are like the scariest of blind dates. Neither of you knows the other person and things can get awkward fast. Instead it was love at first sight...er snip. She listened to what I wanted, trim, movement, maybe layers? And translated it beautifully into a cut similar to what I had when I walked in but infinitely better. Polished. Volume. Cow lick compliant. A good cut is all in the details and she did a smashing job while educating me on the merits of different tools and why box dye isn't my friend. Can't wait to go back! Thanks! So far everyone has commented on how good my hair looks, and asked what I did.
