My actual hair service (cut and colour) was good. The actual shop could do with a top to toe cleaning. You could see underneath the tables where the floor was swept up all around but not underneath and the baseboards and mirrors were dirty. They should pay someone to come in regularly to get and keep the place sparkly clean.

This salon is an absolute STAR. I visited this place with my best friend for the first time, she got a haircut and she absolutely loved it. She got curtain bangs and was very nervous about it but it turned out PERFECT. We loved the place and their service. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. I recommend this place 100%.

Not only did he do a phenomenal job with the cut, he also patiently took the time to go over the maintenance and styling I needed to do to get the most out of my haircut. Highly recommended.

I expected my haircut to be trendy. But it turned out to be a simple straight haircut. Which costs me $62 for the haircut and extra tip and stuff.. i also dint feel nice the way she responded to my views/suggestions of my haircuts. I don’t want to revisit this salon.

My hairdresser was a lovely 67 year old with many insightful comments. When it came to the haircut it was lacking in pretty much everything I wanted. Made me look like Jimmy Neutron, not quite sure what he was going for, but worth a try I guess. I came home pretty disappointed, but its just hair so I mean it grows out who cares. I am going to a different hairdresser tomorrow to get my cut fixed. Probably a great place to go to if you are an older man or women, but would not recommend to anyone in their early ages. I can not say I would recommend this place......

In my experience. Nomi is a master haircutter. He is a true artist as a hairstylist. He listens to what you want, he asks questions, he takes time to form a picture in his mind and then he transforms you. I have recommended him to many people, because people stop me all the time, wherever I go; tell me how fabulous my hair is and ask who cuts it He's also a lovely person.

Had the best haircut in the last 5 years at Nomi. My stylist was Yuuki Tsutsumi. Can't say enough how I am enjoying the haircut every day now - it looks great and is easy to style. Yuuki did exactly what I wanted, listened and made suggestions. Great service and fantastic results! Thank you Yuuki. will need to visit Victoria again to get another haircut.
