Always a wonderful experience at La Moda Hair Studio! I have very thick, long hair so they always make sure to tailor to my hair type and book in extra time for me! They are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Couldn't recommend them more! :)

Im new to town. Based off of someones recommendation I have attempted twice to have my hair cut here. First time, my appointment was cancelled while I was on route to my appointment. And today, I showed up on time for a hair cut. I had my child with me and sat for 15 minutes without anyone saying anything to me (three stylists, all working and chatting away) the phone rang and a lady stopped her job to answer the phone. Once that was done I asked if I was in the right place. At that point she told me that she would be another 15 minutes and could I wait. No, no I cannot wait. I have a 3 year old who would have been fine if my appointment had run on schedule but not if I'm adding an additional 30 minutes to it. I asked why she did t mention when I walked in and she just said "I'm sorry". This is not personal, I was looking forward to a haircut, and I will find another place. This experience was unprofessional and bad business.
