Cheryl has been doing my hair for over 10 years. She listens to what I want and I know I can always trust her creative suggestions. I don't keep up with my hair as well as I should. Instead of lecturing and trying to make me come in more she make sure , especially with the colour, that it will still look good as it is growing out.

I have been going to Sherry forever, way back when she worked at that OTHER place, and then consistently ever since she opened her own shop. We recently moved out of town and I willingly drive the 2-3 hours to see her. Sherry is an absolute gem! She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest trends in cuts and colour. Her attention to detail is impeccable. All this, added to a calm yet bubbly demeanour makes for a very pleasant and successful hair experience.

All of the stylists at Flawless are professional and kind. Andrea has been my hairstylist for many years and she is extremely knowledgeable about hair care and it almost seems like she can read my mind at times. Every time I leave an appointment, I get so many compliments on my hair and I know I can maintain it at home because of her product recommendations and styling tips. Leslie is also wonderful and has come up with creative ways to run her business throughout the pandemic, including take-home pedicure kits and prize raffles. I love this place!

Candace is their lash tech ! She Is amazing ! She saved me from permanent lash loss! I had an awful experience with another tech ! Candace has taken special care and attention to bring my lashes back to life and they are growing again! She is the best in the city ! If you need lash extensions you must call and book with Candace . You will not be dissapointed :)

A great place to get your hair done. They offer some good deals & have some good product sales. All the stylists are good, very friendly & very professional. The salon is clean, comfortable & there is no parking issues.

I had a separate appointment at 11 so I booked an appointment for 10. I went in at 9:55 and nobody was at the front desk. So I sat and waited for 10 min, several people saw me and did nothing. Finally I got someone's attention and asked about my appointment. I was told they were doing a colour and would get to me when it was done. I asked how long that would be as I need to be gone by 10:30 or I need to cancel. I was told to cancel. This place is a joke.
