Saviours! I recently had a hair-related disaster from another hairdresser in town. I was so scared that all my precious locks would have to be shaved in order to remedy the situation, but Jorry at Faiella Classic Hair played Midas on my hair and turned it into gold. They rescued me with a same-day appointment and now I will never see another stylist again. 10/10!

Mia, did a very great job on my very long and curly hair. I think I found my favourite hair dresser and stylist after a very long time. She did her best by brushing, straightening, trimming and styling the hair and beard where there was significant amount of hair breakage and split ends due to not having them trimmed for almost three years. Now I know I can definitely go back to her on a regular basis. If you have unhealthy and out of control hair, I would definitely recommend Mia. I used to do corrections after having my hair cut, but this time, all is just excellent. Thanks Mia.

Got my eye brows done here, got what looks like and feels like a burn on my eye brow. Guy says the wax isn't over heated, when he did my brows he didn't clean up excess wax from my eyes, and they still are overly thick. Paid A whopping $15 for my eye brows to be hurting and swollen the next day. Yeah he used different sticks each time after applying wax but had artificial nails on and could habe worn gloves I worn need your germs on my fresh eye brows.

If you are looking for the best in town you must ask for Dana. He is a wiz and as far as I am concerned the best in town! He has a natural ability to recognize the best cut for your face shape and is just a natural at his profession. Trust me....you will not be disappointed!

Kaylee did an awesome job on my curly hair, it looks beautiful! She was so sweet and made it such a good and surprisingly affordable experience. However, I do wish that you could train all your stylists on how to use a diffuser for your curly haired customers, in case they want to see what their final cut will look like before they walk out!

as for hair, it looks great! The other stuff...The salon charges top dollar and it certainly does not in appearance look anything near that. I am accustom to high end salons in the GTA and they don't even charge me as much. It could definitely use a makeover. The energy is stagnant, could definitely use some music and a pick me up. The tv's are a little odd... gives it a weird vibe. I feel as though the owner maybe just really doesn't care about presentation. while having my colour washed out I was looking up at the ceiling and there are these hideous lights hanging from chains. Is this a garage? Yuck! very unappealing. As for the stylists I think a dress code being implemented would do wonders for this salon.

The stylist I saw cut my hair way too short and it was horribly uneven. When I approached her about it, she told me to go else where for my next cut. I decided to speak to the owner. He told me "What do you want me to do about it?" I walked around for months with a bad cut and had to let it grow out enough to have it fixed. I found Faiella's to be terribly unprofessional and I've never been back.

Not attentive to my wants, I wanted lighter hair and was forced to get highlights(she lied saying I'd have to get highlights over highlights), ignored me telling her where my hair parted, highlighting turned out uneven. Ignored my stated budget, this used to be my go to place but I was so unhappy with the experience I am not going back and will be looking into other places to go to from now on.

Went in for a trim on Saturday From what I can determine the woman at the reception looked for someone in the back to do my hair and ended up cutting it for me. My bangs were off by about 1inch from each side and my "long layers" were also very uneven In order to correct the cut I had to cut an additional 2 inches from my hair

Fast hair cuts, mediocre quality, not very clean. Pretty expensive. Stylist today dropped five F bombs in general conversation, and the language of neighbor stylist wasn't much better. Kids all around. Disappointing. I've brought my kids here for years, but I think today was my last visit.

Faiellas classic hair is one of the only places in town that you can get in for a haircut with no appointment and not wait or only wait 5-10 min. The staff are warm and friendly and the fact that they have 5 Tvs s pretty great!
