Jen took the day, literally to make my daughter's hair PERFECT! She is unbelievably professional. I cannot tell you the work that went into my daughter's hair. Going from brown/red to blond with mermaid colours! I cannot express how highly I would recommend coming to this salon. The owner Catherine is also a hoot! Love this place!

I have been going to Catherines for a few years now, and always have an excellent experience. Staff are knowledgable, kind, and very passionate about their work. The staff were very serious about making sure everything was sanitized and clean. Catherine does an excellent job and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in! :)

I got my hair cut and dyed here by Catherine. They were really friendly and it really felt like a close knit community. On offer are multiple bright colors (I got green and purple) as well as more common ones. Catherine seemed to really know what she was doing and was able to reassure me even with my usual dislike for professional haircuts. The price was fair and there was free parking in the back.

BEST spot in all Sault Ste Marie have been going to see Catherine Chapman since I was 8. I have lived down south for years and still only trust her employees with my hair. Plus where else In the city can you get quality dreadlock installations! The staff have a wide range of skills and are all sweet as pie!
