Kyle was soo friendly and helpful! I'm going camping for a week and was looking for a shampoo bar, he helped me pick one and recommended a great conditioner bar with it as well and it smells soo yummy. He also showed me a face cream that I can use to wash my face with or without water. He told me to try it all out before I leave to make sure it will all work for me or come back and we can find different products. He also gave me a sample to try of the dry shampoo and gave me a really great trick to use it while out camping. Would highly recommend seeing him for any lush needs :)

Store was dark. Pitch black. I guess they took a stand against natural gas creating electricity. Too slow to install solar panels or just too dark to power up the batteries? Can't see the product prices or descriptions. Staff looked super tired too. New policy- they must all walk to work to avoid fossil fuels. Cash register still works though. Must be magic.

it was really hard for me having allergies walking in, so the next time I went I took an allergy pill and my puffer just in case. Once you walked in those people were really Friendly and a will as you if you been here before if not they will help you to the best of their knowledge. To the point they will grab someone else that work there to get help if they themselves don't have the knowledge. Long story short there's always someone there to help you. Products are not bad. I would buy a few again like their body wash, and some of thier bath bombs.

I love LUSH and coming here to shop is the perfect way to treat myself, on top of being a fantastic place for gifts! It’s definitely a refreshing and welcoming place to be, and the scents are more natural — less artificial and in your face, like the perfume constantly being sprayed in Hollister. Josh was a fantastic employee. He was really friendly and super easy to talk to. I came in yesterday looking for a present for my sister as a celebration for her getting hired, and he is amazing with bath bombs. He helped me pick the perfect one that was both pretty and smelled really earthy. She absolutely loved it! Will definitely be back in the future!

I can’t say enough about how much I love shopping at this location. The staff are extremely friendly and are often demoing new products at the front. This store is fun to shop in and it is lovely to be able to ask questions about the numerous products that they have to offer. I used to only buy bath bombs and soap but I have expanded to try to a number of other products as recommended from staff who enjoy the products as well. I have enjoyed the shower gel (rose jam is delicious) as well as the shower jelly, masks, and shampoo bars. I am blown away by the high quality that LUSH puts into their products and the staff seem genuinely happy to work there. This is always such a fun and wonderful experience when shopping especially at the WEM location. Thank you for continually making my day!

Great ethically sourced products at a decent price. Your haircare products are fantastic and I would recommend them to everyone. However due to the fact your skin care products contain an alarming amount of essential oils and fragrance, which are very drying to the skin I can't give you 5 stars. I came here not for myself, but rather to buy gifts for my girlfriend. I am glad that she chooses to be into lush however because the staff is always very kind, helpful and welcoming. Their store is always full of a variety of different exotic smells that take your nose through a journey. This store is no exception to this with a large amount of staff on duty always ready to help and give me gift suggestions. I would definately enjoy coming back if my girlfriend needs another present.

My 7 year old son and I went there during a very busy time. The lady helping was very knowledgable, patient, kind, and asked all the right questions. She was good with my child (which is rare to find in a sales store aimed for teens and adults). The products may be a little pricier than stuff you can get at Wal-Mart, but they're all hand made, cruelty free, and I have never reacted to their products.

Love love love. I have very thick long hair and finding great shampoo and conditioner combos can be stressful and expensive. Until I found this beauty of a store! I now buy and will only buy the shampoo and conditioner bars. No more wasteful bottles! The bars last for my hair over two months. I was told up to 50/washes for most people. My hair smells great and I know the ingredients are not harmful to the environment, myself, or animals in any way. I also have just purchased some soaps and body conditioners and can't wait to use them. The staff is truly wonderful, full of knowledge but not at all pushy. You can also bring a product back if you're not happy with it. Go in and look around, everybody will find something useful to fall in love with.

Lush is not just a bath bomb place. They have so much more and you need to do in go in the store and experience it. I am a proud Lushie and all my skin care, perfume and soaps come from Lush. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and open. Plus, if you aren't sure about a product just ask for a sample and they are happy to give you one. Plus in the store they will test product out on you so you can feel and see the benefits. They are environmental conscious and always looking to reduce their impact. This store is amazing for the whole family and trust me you will addicted to this store.

All together, this lush location is pretty good. Probably the best stock of any location in the city. We went in a Sunday and they had every type of facemask. We usually go to a different kush location but since we were going to WEM we thought we would go to this location. We had enough "pots" to get a free mask. We do this fairly regularly and whenever we do, I always the the "don't look at me" face mask, and my wife gets something else as she doesn't like that one. Whenever we get two, we are always given the more expensive one (don't look at me) for free - it's a difference of about $3. This specific time at WEM, she charged us for the more expensive one. I thought it was strange since we usually get that one for free so I asked why we didn't get the more expensive one for free. She suddenly gets very rigid and tells us it's company policy to give us the cheaper one for free. I just brought up the point that we could have just as easily come up as seperate people to get the more expensive to me for free, likes it's not a buy one get one 50% deal or anything. Anyways, after I brought this up, she was CLEARLY upset and suddenly the once chipper and upbeat sales person was cross and had nothing else to say to us and just walked away practically before we finished paying. Call me cheap, but I just appreciate our other location.

I love Lush. When visited Canada I popped in to buy a soap scrub that I was after. When I was being served at the counter I asked if I could have my product wrapped in wax paper as I was taking the product back to England with me - the lady huffed and turned around and was pulling faces in the mirror at me. Another member of staff could see this and came over to close my transaction. I don't think that this is the standard of staff Lush are looking for and I think she was very rude.

The biggest lush store that I have seen. So many things to see and experience! Only down fall was not a single person welcomed us within the store and it was super busy so I do understand that. The blast of fragrances fighting it out when you walk in is enough to knock someone out. The prices have gone up for the same stuff. Really has become very unexciting and uninspiring for their products. Skip it. If you really loved something, the price has been jacked. Can't say anything seems worth it anymore. Quite expensive. Shopping at Lush is a lot like buying yoga pants at Lulu Lemon. Is the quality better than Target? Yes. Is the quality 25 times better than Target (or Winners etc) to justify the high prices? No. Shopping at Lush is a status symbol. At the end of the day, you can find equivalent products at much lower prices by shopping around and sacrificing trendy packaging.

Very large location. Was helped by a boy with pink hair and he was super knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find everything I needed in under 10 minutes and told me everything I needed to know about it. If all the staff are as good as him, sign me up! And buy one get one free?! I’ll take 20.

I am surprised people complain about good customer service! Maybe the sales staff come across as "pushy" but they are just doing their job; if they didn't help people would complain even more so they cannot seem to win either way. I have always had a great experience here, the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. This store is massive and well stocked! LUSH the products are amazing!

This lush is usually pretty clean given how busy it is and they've never been out of anything I've gone in for. Staff is helpful, as usual. One of the sinks is always dripping water which irks me.

I was in the other day and had such a great experience. Rachel greeted my mother in law and myself warmly, with a huge smile. She was very helpful. We also met Natalia who is very knowledgeable and approachable. She in fact did such a great job that we took her recommendation for a hair care product. It was an amazing product, thank you! Charlie rang us through and made sure to thank us for stopping in. Such a great experience, it was our first time in so it’s quite memorable. Thank you ladies for your time, effort and kindness! Lush is campaigning against the Alberta oil sands, pipelines and patch workers. They will take your “ money and use it against you. I think they should be forced to put a sign in front of their door stating their protest against oil sands.

Love the products from here! Their bathbombs are to die for, and the facemasks leave me feeling amazing and revitalized after every use. If your looking for any skincare products, this is definately the place to go! Just go up to any of the staff ( although they will most likely be coming up to you as soon as you enter) and they will go through any and all products you might need! This place is truly amazing and I will definately be coming back for more!

Nice store. Smells great and looks beautiful. A big variety of soaps and bath balls. Employees are friendly and helpful. They may do experiments with bath balls in front of kids in a bassinet. Great gifts ideas. My only disappointment was the total absence of any male presence at all among employees. It would be great if this was considered in the future. I won't be supporting this shop further. Their anti Alberta oil stance has forced me to take an anti Lush stance. They seem to have forgotten that a high amount of the money spent in their Alberta locations is from the oil industry either directly or via related or dependent businesses.

Lush is not "organic". Essential oils are terrible for the skin, and most of their cleansing products contain SLS... plus they are anti Alberta oil and gas.

The product and customer service are always amazing. If your looking to reduce your plastic intake into your home lush is great. From shampoo and conditioner bars to lotions and soap all plastic free. The plastic they do use is 100% recycled. You may find the the prices seem highy but the product last a long time you yet good quality for you money. I find I spend the same amount as I did before buying at the grocery stores.

My fiance and I had such a great experience here. I am trying face masks for the first time and the girl who helped us was so friendly and extremely helpful. She asked me what I was looking for, what my skin type is like, and went over multiple different face masks and the benefits of each. I would highly recommend this store - the staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It's great to go somewhere where people have your best interest in mind and are there to help you if needed. Also, all of the products are made in house and vegetarian which is unique and may be a selling point for people. I highly recommend Lush for their bath bombs, hair treatments, massage bars, shampoo bars...pretty much everything in store! If any product causes a reaction or irritates you, they refund you really easily.

As a man I was skeptical about lush, especially when you first walk in and your faced with multiple fragrances invading all of your senses. But with the help of great staff, who are very open and non judgmental, almost anyone could find bodywash shampoo or even "perfume" that fits their senses. On that note, their orange body scrub is phenomenal. Wakes you up and you actually feel clean nice, where most soaps make me feel oily.
