Was my first time going to this salon yesterday. The salon was very open and welcoming! Janelle was my stylist and worked on a balayage and haircut which exceeded my expectations! She is very friendly to talk to and knowledgeable about the right products and treatment for your hair. I would definitely be making this my go to salon from now on!

I usually see Laine and she is awesome!! Her color jobs are excellent! I wasn't able to get in her in my time line though so I saw and she did an excellent job at listening to what I wanted the end goal for my hair to be! She was very great and recommending products that would help my hair and styled it the way I like to style it. She was also super friendly!! I recommend her for sure! Im thinking that you'd be safe (and happy with the results) if you book with anyone at the Ellerslie location!

the haircut I got here was fine and the lady was very nice and knowledgeable but my fringe was cut extremely badly.. I showed a picture of what I wanted for reference and mentioned I use a curler/roller but I got given short bangs barely below my eyebrows and when I tried to style it at home, it went above my eyebrows.. whenever I ask for side swept bangs, my past stylist typically would start the cut below my eyes and slowly go up asking if I'm ok with the length but mine was cut immediately short to my eyebrows... I'm very sad about the result because I can't do much to fix it myself since it was cut too short. wouldn't recommend this place to asians cause I don't think they know how thicker hair works :(

Great clean and professional place for a haircut. They follow all Covid-19 safety protocols and are VERY accommodating considering I’ve rescheduled my last appointment seemingly 10 times and they were more than willing to work with me. Lauren has been cutting my hair regularly for the past few months and I will continue seeing her regularly as she knows what I like and does a great job at it. Would recommend.

I have been going to this salon since 2007. Unfortunately, that is going to change moving forward. My daughter who is graduating this Friday was booked see Daniella out of Windermere. I spoke extensively with the receptionist Nicole when I booked this appointment a week ago. Today I got a call from them telling me my daughter's appointment has been CANCELLED because the stylist needs to get her second vaccine. When I called they described the situation as an "emergency medical appointment." This is by no means an emergency appointment. I asked if Dani could see my daughter at another time prior to her graduation since she cancelled the appointment last minute...no such luck. So after giving me 48 hours cancellation notice they feel they are off the hook and justified with their actions. So here we are with NO appointment for a milestone event. They just lost out on 3 customers. I will never go back!

I love Jenna and my hair experience each time I come. The only thing I loathe is sitting in those upright shampoo station chairs. The shampoo experience just doesn't feel as good and relaxing as it should feel if neck was lying down. My neck and back are so uncomfortable and I can't wait to get out of that chair.

I don’t go to the hair salon often, but now that I’ve been to Fresh & Co, I see that I’ve been missing out! My hair is challenging to deal with since it’s very curly, but Jenna was excited to take it on and she did an AMAZING job!! She made me feel comfortable and we talked first to make sure we were both on the same page about the results and expectations. She was very honest which I appreciated. Then we moved on to foiling, a cut, a conditioning and style. I spent the day there, and had an amazing time! Jenna is so much fun, and the time flew by! The whole experience was awesome, and I LOVE my hair!! Thank you Fresh & Co, and a very special thank you to Jenna!!!

Great place!! Loved the service!! Joanna at the front desk was fantastic. Julie was amazing. Loved her recommendations for my hair and she took her time to work on my hair. However, I was not aware that their debit machine was not working and they were only accepting cash!! Was told to get cash from a nearby bank which I declined, and then etransfered the money. Again, waited for sometime before I could leave. Wish they would have better services for money transactions. Great place, just needs to refine a few more things. Definitely recommend though

It was my first time at this location. I always struggle with finding someone to trust with cutting my 3 daughters hair. The google reviews were great so I tried out my luck. I was pleased with my experience from start to finish. The receptionist greeted us, the manager spent time talking to us, and both Jenna and Sam did phenomenal jobs tending to the asks of my 3 girls. The location is clean, Covid style. The atmosphere was lively, which was so pleasant since it was our first times leaving our homes as a family unit in many months, and the staff were super friendly and amazing! Highly recommend this location! My 3 girls loved their stylish cuts, and we will surely be coming back regularly!

My FIRST experience with SYLVIA at the Mullen Way location... She really LISTENS to what you want, takes her time in cutting your hair. She's very gentle and patient and reasonably priced.. 65$ for a haircut. I will actually have her do my highlights sometime in the not so far future because I was so very impressed with her!

Before the last lockdown in December 2020- my regular stylist was booked so I called around to different places for availability and found a last minute appointment with Jenna at Fresh & Co Ellerslie. I described to her the haircut Ive always asked of my regular stylist with a few changes and Jenna gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had! It was beautiful! (For record: I asked for a v-cut with shaggy layers and curtain bangs) I received so many compliments about the style and look of my hair. I've since gone back a second time for the same cut and it turned out just as beautiful. I travel from northeast Edmonton to see Jenna and will continue to do so for the awesome haircuts and the great conversation!
