My wife booked an appointment to get her hair dyed. She went in with a photo of exactly what she wanted. She waited a while on arrival. After 2 1/2 hours they barely made a difference. The highlights she asked for barely show and aren't nearly thick enough (as the photo was). Very disappointed considering we had heard this place was the best. She has better results using boxes dye at home.

I've been coming to Vibes for over 8 years which started when I needed my hair done for my wedding day. My hair was stunning and not only did I become a regular after that, so did most of my wedding party! Great ambiance and the staff gives off a great team energy. From hair colour, nails, cuts and blow dry, amazing overall experience! (They also have great jewelry and accessories sold at the front!)

I went in for a cut. Only for a cut. It's what I had planned in my budget. I arrived there and was greeted warmly by a person at the desk (my star goes to her) but after that it all went downhill. I showed photos to the stylish I was assigned to. She explained a long bob would suit me better for my type of hair. I explained that it's not what I wanted at all. I hate blunt ends, it doesn't go with my style which is more edgy. Showed more photos. Long layers with long wispy ends. Like the photos. She cut my hair but kept coming back to the long bob. I was polite, and said what I wanted. I was vocal about it and communicated it clearly. She explained a blow dry would help her see the cut better. Over my budget, but I accepted to help the stylish get me the cut I wanted. She kept pushing for the long bob despite my many attempts at explaining what I wanted. I'm covered in tattoos, I color my hair all sorts of colors, blunt is not my style at all. She didn't listen. I kept asking her to remove the blunt but she didn't listen to my requests. A few snips here and there, asking me if I liked it. Seeing it was going nowhere, I left the salon with exactly what I didn't want. And that blow dry didn't last 2 hours. Stylings should listen to their clients. I didn't like my experience at all. I don't look like myself. I hate my hair now.

Accommodating from start to finish, reasonably priced, wonderful results. Tammy was warm, informative, and did an incredible job with my hair. She took personal time aside to do a phone consultation, helped me pinpoint exactly what I wanted to have done with my colour, and delivered BEAUTIFUL results. Elaina made time to tint and shape my brows between washes. I have never liked my brows and for the first time feel like I have something beautiful to work with! I highly recommend this hair salon. Claudia was so delightful, sweet and genuine. She took the time to actually touch my hair to feel the texture and asked me what I wanted for my hair. I also had questions about hair care and she answered all the questions and even suggested some tips. I'm very happy with the haircut she gave me and I am definitely going back to her next time. The receptionist was very nice and took my coat and offered me something to drink while I waited as I arrived a bit earlier. I've been to Vibes on various occasions, for updos for weddings and for eyebrows, and makeup they are such an an amazing team and are attentive to what you are looking to get done in regards to hair style, makeup.. oh and for the 2 times I've gone for a wedding (I was MOH for one of them) my hair did not budge all night neither did the brides! ???????? Their prices are fair aswell.

This place is true to their brand. It is total vibes... FOR REAL. The first appointment I booked was to survive a hair dying catastrophe last minute and I was really anxious to be there. But instead of worrying about the full cup of hair I lost... I was served a glass of Chardonnay and a bowl of popcorn...I felt like my hair transformation was a movie ???? ????. Laurina is the best ! Not only is she beautiful, funny and kind - she does fantastic work. My itsy bitsy lashes are now very visible . I have one hooded lid and does A great job of camouflaging it . For even more effect, one coat of mascara is a game changer . Thank you !!!!

Poor values I booked an appointment for a stylist for my haircut. The person who cut my hairs was not a stylist but someone from aesthetics. N she gave me a poor hair cut. And the person who booked the appointment ( on the reception) completely supported the poor hair cut n tried convincing me that aesthetic person is also stylist. Poor poor They charge you full for a stylist giving you someone from aesthetics This happened twice with me. I ignored it for the first time thinking it’s a genuine mistake. But they repeated it. So it’s their way of doing business with new clients.
