Arrived there for haircut with appt but kept waiting and the lady continued chatting and taking her time.....excuse was one client was late.....I said dont care im not late.....hence the need for appts. Was gonna be ready 30 min late

I have been going to see Ani for at least 5 years. I say I need a change and Ani mixes the colors and gives me always the perfect results bot color and hi -lights she truly is amazing in what she creates. A very nice place, you leave feeling pampered.

I asked for shoulder length and I came out with a mushroom cut. They just kept on cutting and cutting to straighten the look. Looked nothing like the picture I showed them. When I spoke about how short it is. I was told that they can’t glue back the hair. I can’t even tie it up to hide it.
