don't go to this place!! over 5 years ago i went to get a half head of highlights and the girl left the bleach on my hair for too long and literally half of my hair fell out... and it was so messed up, my hair was so fried that if i even tried to brush my hair even more hair would fall out... i've never been back since... found and a new hair dresser, Diane at Coiffure-Butterfly, she's honestly the best!!!

I'm giving a "one-star" review because I hated my experience at Concept Elite Coiffure in Longueuil. While my hair is much shorter than what I expected (I showed her three pictures on my phone), the customer service is awful, or should I say non-existent. I asked for a cut and color: I was not offered any advice on color and had to pick it myself... I was given sarcastic answer when asking if the same lady would also cut my hair... The receptionist had to wash my hair...and finally - Bashing your colleagues in front of employees is not professional at all. Very very disappointed. They will not see me again.

I absolutely love Amanda. This was my fourth round of going blonde and she is so patient and clear with what I should expect. I like how she walks me through the process each time. My family is always commenting on my hair now! They all love it. Where I used to go, I was never satisfied and paid at minimum $200 per visit. Here I leave paying less than that including a purchase of shampoo and conditioner! Super inexpensive!!!

Aussi je tiens a signaler que ce n'était pas la première fois que j'allais à ce salon et j'ai toujours donné un bon pourboire. Dorénavant j'irais ailleurs.
