No stars needed. My first encounter there was a cut entirely too short for my liking. I figured that it would grow in okay and I could return to give their business a 2nd chance, thinking I could be more specific with what I wanted. The barber blatantly disregarded my wishes - and made a half-hearted apology when I explained to him that he did not listen to me. Furthermore, as I returned to the business due to them being a cash-only establishment (since it's still the 1980's to them) - I felt a sense of under-the-breath belittlement as I paid full price in disappointment. I am not only disappointed with my haircut - but I am genuinely upset with how I was treated by the barber and staff. Next time I look to have my hair cut in the Pointe-Claire area, I will search around first. I will never set foot in this appalling establishment ever again.

Good cuts. Lots of barbers. Even during peak hours, and with lots of men waiting in line, you barely wait. Barbers adapt to the social situation....will chat if you chat, otherwise they'll just do their job.

First, if you ask for a specific cut, these guys will totally ignore your request. Second, although I don't look Italian, I am. While I was there, the barbers spent their time mocking the customers and making lewd comments about women, openly in Italian, assuming that nobody understands them. It was embarrassing. The younger guys are fine but the older guys really seem to hate their job AND their customers - avoid them like the plague

I went there because I wanted to get a haircut for my boyfriend and for his son. Because you can go with an appointment it was a bit busy but they still took us in after a minimal wait. The haircut was done professionally. The barbers took really care of the small details whereas other barbers could probably do a quick-fix job. The haircuts were nice and the service was courteous. I recommend :)
