I called for a very last minute appointment for a wash and “blow out”, it was very nice but a little disappointed that after the blow out, the hairdresser took a curling iron to my hair before I could say anything. It still looked nice but 100% not a blow out if you’re using a flat or curling iron.

The prices are affordable but I had to go back to another hairdresser the next day so it's not economical. Human experience: despite an appointment I sat for 15min without knowing why no one was coming. The hairdresser only spoke to me to ask me what I wanted to do with my hair, to give me a glass of water and to pay. Not very talkative about 2:30 ... but he was talking with the customer next door ... Fit: correct Sweeping: carnage! irregular wicking, areas without wicking at all, orange highlights due to poor mixing. I looked like a zebra! I got splashes of bleach on my arms 6 times, if I had worn a sweater it would have been stained. I do not recommend at all if you are looking for a neat and natural color. (Original) Je n'y retournerai jamais. J'ai fait un balayage (=décoloration par petites mèches pour un effet NATUREL) et une coupe femme. Les prix sont abordables mais j'ai dû retourner chez un autre coiffeur le lendemain donc ce n'est pas économique. Expérience humaine:malgré un rdv pris je suis restée 15min assise sans savoir pourquoi personne ne venait. Le coiffeur m'a parlé seulement pour me demander ce que je voulais faire sur mes cheveux, pour me donner un verre d'eau et payer. Peu loquace sur 2h30... mais il parlait avec le client d'à côté... Coupe: correcte Balayage: un carnage! un méchage irrégulier, des zones sans mèche du tout, des reflets oranges dû à un mauvais mélange. Je ressemblais à un zèbre! J'ai reçu des éclaboussures de décolorant sur les bras à 6 reprises, si j'avais porté un pull il aurait été tâché. Je ne recommande pas du tout si vous recherchez une coloration soignée et naturelle.

I was very disappointed when coming here. The staff are not friendly at all and the only reason I gave it a two stars was because I liked the cut. They also overpriced. I asked for a simple cut, just that, and they decided to blow dry and style without even confirming it.

When I arrived, nobody acknowledged my presence or asked about my appointment. I sat down for 25 minutes before finally going to ask for my stylist. He apologized for making me wait... Prior to my haircut, I had long, thick, natural brown hair, and then the stylist thinned it out way too much. (By the time I realized what he was doing during the cut, he had already done one side of my hair....) I feel like I have a third of my hair's thickness. I will no longer be going to this salon! Very disappointed in the customer service and quality of care.

came in for a walk in, they took me right away. I was very hesitant at first because I was afraid they were going to rush and not do a proper job. The hair dresser did a very good job, took his time and despite little direction, did exactly what I wanted! Everyone was friendly offering coffee and I recieved quite a few compliments on my hair! great environment!

Extremely disappointed! My husband took our 11 yr old daughter for a simple cut. They confirmed that it was just a cut, then gave her a blow dry and styling, without ever having offered it! He paid $75 - that’s way overpriced for a simple child’s haircut! I went there once myself and didn’t enjoy the unfriendly atmosphere at all, but decided we’ll give them another chance! Despite it being our closest salon and my husband planning to become a regular client there, we’re never stepping back there again!
