Very bad experience. After being slightly late for my appointment, was asked to wait and even though the hairdresser was free who asked me if he could take a break and I was fine with it. Made me wait for 20-30mins and was asked to sit on the chair, then the owner simply comes to me and asked me to go sit on another chair and asked a rookie to cut my hair, cause another customer came in. What a way to treat the customer.

Worst!! Worst experience ever. My friend suggested me this place for threading. She had a good experience with the others girls. But when I went, a lady did my eyebrows and she did them all wrong. She was very rude and have no idea what coustomer service is about. She did not even clean my eyes for hairs or apply any moisturizer after threading. I would never come back here and definitely don't recommend this place. They lost a potential reguler customer. I even saw more reviews about that lady please teach your staff about customer service.

I took 9 laser sessions from them still no difference in hair growth but results in pigmentation all over my face. Staff there is not trained enough and the manager is not even qualified and he did one of the sessions. Worst ever. Don’t trust these spams especially for your face

The only place I trust to touch my hair or beard. I travel many hours to come here. I've tried really hard to find something more local but had no luck. All the stylists are awesome. Personally I prefer booking an appt with Sonu himself but often times he's very busy so I just tell him to tell the stylist what number I use or w.e. what's also great about them is they have a girls section and guys.

It was my first time here. Walked in for wash and blow dry. Was told someone is available right away no wait yet waited 15 mins and had to remind the ladies twice that I was waiting to be seen. Finally saw someone and she said I will wash your hair however you have to wait 15 mins after as I will be going for lunch. Requested for another hairdresser and even said I can leave if no one's avialable. Manager lady forced hungry hair dresser to do my hair she told her you MUST do it... Poor service and poor attitude towards their own employees . SAD!!!

Horrible . I usually like this place to do my threading but the last time I went , the lady who attended me wasn’t good at all . She did my brows very bad . I understand usually if someone’s having a bad day or maybe something went wrong while doing my threading, I would have let it go but this lady did not give me a mirror for me to check nor did she give me any cream or anything to apply on my face after the threading . She just made me get up quickly, made me pay fast and leave . So unpleasant. It was such a horrible experience and I don’t think I will ever visit this place again . Extremely horrible and extremely unpleasant. Everyone one else has behaved nice there except for this one lady . So disappointed.

I would never ever suggest “sonu salon” if you value your time and money.Their staff especially “Meenakshi” is so rude.They don’t know how to behave with their customers.They always have staff shortage and ask you go and come some another day.Just to let “Sonu salon” know that nobody is free in this busy world for you guys. You should value your customers and their time otherwise nobody is going to come back. Also, there is pretty easy option to change your google timings so try not to befool people by posting wrong business hours.

The 3 brothers have been cutting my hair since the day Sonu Haircut opened and haven’t left them since. All three have treated me with great respect at every cut. Last few years, they’ve expanded their business but they have not changed. Still the same humble and family oriented. I’ve never had to wait more then 10mins (which is expected at any barber shop), and never walked out disappointed. Highly recommend them.

I got a haircut by some lady, she was new I am assuming as she was way too confused while cutting the hair. Her hands were literally shaking and she was sweating as if she has been forced to do it. I still have uneven hair and despite of asking her to make it even she started blow drying it so that probably she can style and hide it. The staff is good though, maybe they have other good services but definitely its not meant for hair services.
