I don't know where to start... Well I definitely can say that I'm so happy for the service that I received from this hair salon and how amazing my hair look right now! I received many compliments from my family and friends and also they said that I look 10 years younger. My hair stylist was Kelsey and I can't thank her enough for the wonderful job she did to my hair. One appointment was enough to have me hooked! I will definitely go back again. Highly recommended!!!

I booked with Kelsey and I loved how honest she was when I showed her what my hair goal was. My hair when I left the salon looked incredibly healthier and shinier. She also made sure that the cut fit my goal and fit my face shape as well.The next day when I went to work I had never received so many compliments in one day about a hair cut. I took my daughter in for a major chop to donate some hair. Jahzelle was amazing with us both (as I was nervous about my daughter cutting her hair so much). My daughter has never had a bob hairstyle before, Jahzelle walked us through some options and what would work better for her thick hair. Got in right away without an appointment at Salon Cirillo. First time at this location they were professional and friendly. I like how they sent out an email after my visit. Email said, if you have any problem with your hair whatsoever please let us know within seven days and we will redo it for you to your satisfaction or your money back. That's our guarantee to you. That is GREAT customers service. I would recommend this hair salon. Ask about there referral program. More benefits to the new customers.

Jazelle was excellent but I wasn't very happy with the result after a few days .I wrote an email to the Salon and got a response within a few hours.I was impressed !! Jazelle did some more work on my hair a few days later and they didn't charge me anything. I asked for side-swept bangs and I got short, blunt bangs. At first, I hated them. But after restyling them and washing out the oodles of hairspray she gooped in, I like them! She didn’t give me what I asked for AT ALL, but it worked out in the end. I think she accidentally cut them too short and was trying to do damage control. They look good, and I suit the shorter bangs, but be VERY clear about what you do and don’t want, or you’ll end up with a surprise.

My family and I have been a customer for many years. With the new ownership I feel the atmosphere has drastically change. The stylists have remained consistent . They are friendly, professional and always do a great job. The management however I feel are demeaning to the staff. I have witnessed this several times since the change over. I find the receptionist/owner’s communication with the staff in front of customers to be rude , unprofessional and very uncomfortable to witness. I am seriously considering going somewhere else. As a business owner myself, I offer a little advise. Your staff are what make your business successful, treat them with courtesy and the respect they deserve or you lose them and your reputation.

Jamee did an amazing job, she is completely professional, friendly and so easy to get along with and of course did an absolute stunning job on my hair. I fall into the covid catagory that thought i could do my own hair at home. Turns out theirs professionals for a reason and don't suggest going the route i did. Jamee did an amazing job fixing the horrid mess I made and was so overly nice about it. Moral of the story if you think you can DIY hair at home, save yourself the trouble and just go see Jamee. The salon is spotless and has perfect covid protocols, the staff are welcoming and professional and best of all I am the happiest I've been with my hair in 10 years and will be a repeat customer.

I love salon Cirillo!! Jenny and Miranda have both cut my hair. They are both good communicators and very skilled with their scissors!! Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and the head massages are amazing! There is only one issue that I have...my experience with the receptionist was not very pleasant. I found her to be quite abrupt on the phone and I actually changed my mind about my treatment because of our conversation. After speaking with the hairdresser, a new plan was formulated and I'm still loving my hair!! Thank you salon Cirillo!

I have been a client of this salon for over 15 years, and over 3 different owners. Sadly I won’t be returning…..at my last visit the owners wife, was rude to staff In front of customers. There is no excuse for this type of behaviour in a small business. The entire cheerful vibe of salon is long gone and the staff are walking on eggshells. Now let’s talk about the insane increases to prices…this is not a fancy salon, and shouldn’t be charging downtown prices! Also, asking clients to bring in cash to tip the stylist is a total inconvenience. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this poorly micromanaged salon! And maybe the owner will read this review and get rid of his wife at the front desk, she’s a terrible first and last impression when coming and going from the salon.
