I paid fifty dollars for them to take 15 minutes to curl my shoulder length hair for a reception and literally within a couple of hours the curls were already gone and my hair was left very frizzy. When asked about the unreasonable price, they just laughed and said it was just the "minimum amount" and they never charge less than that- even with short hair I guess. Will not be coming back.

Went into Ravi Hair Salon on my break from work and was greeted by very pleasant & friendly staff. I requested eyebrow threading and the woman was fast, efficient and did a fabulous job! The eyebrow threading was very inexpensive and they accept debit/credit/cash. I will definitely continue to get my eyebrows threaded here.

If I could give a lower rating then one star I would! Absolutely the worst place to get your eyebrows done or anything for that matter. I came to get my armpits waxed and they burn me so now my armpits have these black scarves underneath them and they did the same thing with my face..so know o have a scar. And to top it off they completely messed up my eyebrows so now it's going to take probably a couple months for my eyebrows to grow back so I can go to another place and get it done. This place should just close down. Cause they're absolutely unprofessional and have no skill whatsoever!! Stay away from this place by all means necessary

It says on the window and on the wall that kids hoar cut is $5, well maybe that's for other people as we were charged double. We told Ravi only a trim just 1.5 inches off our daughters hair, first cut over three (3) inches was chopped off. My wife says not that much just 1.5 inches she snarlingly replies with, "that was 1.5 inches" well then she needs to go back to school and find out that the three inches she cut off is too much. She was rude to our daughter and brushed her hair so hard that she made her cry. She also cut our sons hair and hurt the back of his neck with how rough she was. After all this she says its $20 while it says on her window, wall and everywhere that kids cuts are $5. Never go there again that is for sure, rude and racist toward us.

I just got my hair coloured and trimmed today with ravi and I couldn't be happier. I had three different colours in my hair from previous dye jobs and she managed to get all three out and made my hair look absolutely fantastic! she never seemed in a rush or annoyed at all. Do NOT get waxed here. Today I witnessed them wax an old ladies toes and then her face using the SAME stick and oil pot for both, then just put the lid back on it when she was done to use it for the next customer. Every time I come here they do a decent job threading my eyebrows but I wait 15 mins without even being looked at by a staff member or acknowledged, and they barely say more than 2 words to me the whole time and have charged me different prices each time I go? I don’t know if their customer service/double dipping and sharing feet and facial wax is worth it even if they do an okay job

3 years ago I moved back to Surrey and have been looking for a local salon that does threading at a decent price. Last week I asked a co-worker who lives in the area and she recommended Ravi Hair Salon. I was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The smell of incense was relaxing, not overwhelming. The owner, I'm guessing, was pleasant from the moment I encountered her. I thought she was another client as we met one another at the door walking in. She held the door open for me, letting me in first and then I realized she either owned or ran the salon. As I didn't have an appointment, I had a short wait but I was ok with that. After the minimal wait, another lovely lady performed magic on my eyebrows and upper lip. She was nice, welcoming smile (which means a lot to me when going to a new place) and made the experience very painless. Well as painless as threading and a minor upper lip wax can be. Afterward she applied a lotion that smelled heavenly. I wish I had it at home as it was soothing to the senses. At the end, I went to the till to pay and it was a whopping $6 for both services. Yes, only $6 for both. I most definitely will be back.

They ruined my hair , I paid $260 for colour ,cut and highlights but I wasted my money and my hairs were looking so bad , everyone who know me asked me “what happen to your hair “ ? Very unprofessional , didn’t accept that it was their fault and they were blaming my hair that I had little red colour in my hair before , if it was my hair then they should not do colour on my hair .Result was something else from what I asked for , very disappointing and today I got it fixed from somewhere else and paid &100 to make them look little better . Please do not go to this place for your hairs , they have untrained staff .

If you're looking for a good hair salon in Surrey, I'd recommend this place... Ravi knows hair!! I've been to soooo many fancy places that don't have a clue!!!.... Other place destroy my hair and Ravi repairs it. I'm back to Ravi Hair Salon and LETTING NO ONE ELSE TOUCH MY HAIR!!! Even if it takes me 2 hrs to get to Surrey each time..My hair color & Cut looking amazing.Received so many compliments last week. Thanks to Ravi..????

I came here 4-5 times and every time I leave unhappy. If you want to wait for a specific person to do you eyebrows the owner gets mad which makes no sense. I usually go to Ash (in the next complex, she’s really good) but they were closed. I came here because I thought I’d give this place another shot. Ive been growing out my eyebrows for 6 months. The lady thinned out my eyebrows completely I told her to keep them thick. She changed the entire shape, made them super thin, both my eyebrows look so different from each other, and overall it looks horrible. I am So upset because it took me 6 months to grow out my eyebrows. I never wanna come here ever again. I suggest you save yourselves ladies and go to Ash in the other complex.

Good place for eyebrows, but I went there to trim my very long hair and they didn’t wash it, dry it, but the worse part is that when I straighten it this morning, it was all uneven and it looks awful!!! I was laterally crying today. I went to another salon to fix it because it’s horrible and they told me I was going to have to cut it even more. My hair was down to my waist. They didn’t cut it, they chopped it up! It took about 5 minutes to trim it. I knew then something was wrong. I read the reviews and since I’m new in Delta, I thought I would try it. Worse decision ever!!!! I would have paid double the price for her to take her time and do it right. I’m guessing the reviews are from friends and family members, because there is no way in hell they can be called “good and professionals” Never going back !

Had appointment and still waited half an hour for eyebrows....nd manager very rude and not professional saying we always tell wait times to people wen she didnt even mention about my wait time...just take a seat please and I waited and waited its half and hour and still waiting to get my eyebrows.. done.so basically with appointments its 45 minutes for eyebrows only.Plus the girl only does hair now and not eyebrows manager is saying how can a beauty therapist only do hair now and not eyebrows....plus you cant do the job why you taking appointments.Had to walk out by not getting eyebrows done due to long waiting times.
