I have been going to parm for more than 17 years. I will never let anyone else do my wax and threading of my face. She is the best I have ever had doing my facials threading and waxing. I am so picky that she spends extra time correcting anything I say is wrong. Also she is the most kind loving person ever!! I highly recommend her new derma facial. ????

Very bad experience. I went for getting hair colour done. Owner did it herself.. I asked for brown colour with little red shade in it.. i have black hairs and wanted brown and red and came back with black only.. not even 1% change in colour and she charged me for full service and didn't even wanna deal with me when I said it looked the same.. everyone please don't waste your money..

I was there to get a facial done. I did’nt even ask for any bleach, still the owner herselfmixed up something in a bowl. Bcz she was just by my head , I could smell it. Just to confirm I asked her & even after asking that If it’s bleach, she replied that no, it’s not actually bleach but has a little amount in it & she is still using b’cz it comes under the full facial package. Again to make sure I told her that I don’t bleach due to almost no facial hairs & also bcz I hv acne now, so my doctor also instructed me to not to use bleach. Still after all this denying that it’s a bleach she applied it & then after smelling when it started giving its effect I could feel it on my face that it is a bleach with the burning, itchy & irritating sensation. Again still she denied it as a bleach on asking. I felt so confused & trapped. Next morning I started getting acne break out. Then I checked very carefully in good sunshine in the mirror & found out that my hairs were brown as I said I hv very few unnoticable facial hairs. I wanted to call her & complaint about it but no use she will again deny everything like before. Shared my experience with my family, friends, relative & colleagues to never go to such unprofessional who never ask you about any sensitivity or allergies & if you tell by urself still do not listen or if they do ask themselves by chance, trust me it’s just for the formality of show off then.
