My nails are crooked and then I was yelled at for wanting a top coat that didn't glow tacky under the light , and told for 10 min that there is no way to do what I want because they couldn't understand what I meant. Now almost 2 hours later I'm very unhappy with my wasted time and little money I did hand over.

Didn’t able to do the nails I wanted seems like unprofessional. she rushed at the end because she overbooked someone. Nails were poorly done, my nail polish is already ripped off from the sides. overall not a good experience and waste of my time.

I have been going here basically since they opened always great service and I usually just got basic and they recommend a couple new things I could try I got pink cat eyes and unicorn both were awesome love the place

I booked a one hour massage here on a rain day. I showed up early for my appointment. Ten minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, a lady came over and said "I have time for half hour massage now" No thank you. I know I booked last minute, but I should have been given an honest answer at time of booking.
