We booked Sparrow hair for our wedding day, and also did a pre-day-consultation with them. Booking was easy, quick and pleasant. Mel worked with us at the consultation and on the wedding day. She was thorough, quick and very good at her job. Bonus is that she is also the sweetest person ever, and as I was growing ever more nervous on the wedding day she helped me out with some yoga breaths and kind words. She did my hair, my maid of honors hair, our flower girls hair (with a flower crown), as well as the grooms mustache. We all looked splendid thanks to Mel. She arrived on time, brought all the things needed to work her magic, and worked around all the pre-wedding morning stress with a smile. I could not have been more pleased with her, or Sparrow Hair!

Delightful salon with reasonable prices! Just moved back to Fernie with no expectations of finding a great salon but this one is great. Able to book an appointment within a few days, good text reminders, no waiting when I arrived, carry my favorite B& B products and a great hairdresser who actually listened to me. Makiko was friendly and very professional. Very happy with my experience!

I have been to Sparrow a few times now to get my hair and beard trimmed by Shelby. The experience itself is always amazing and I have always left feeling extremely satisfied with the job she performs, it's truly next level. I have always been to Barber shops in the past but this salon is actually really cool in itself and everyone seems to always be happy and friendly in there. Gents, I would highly recommend the straight shave & haircut by Shelby though. Thanks again!
