it’s a very nice place, and really great quality everything. they do take a bit till they get to you though. they’re not bad w nails, but it wasn’t great, and it looked a little messy. the main reason for a low rating though is that the brother was hitting on me during my appointment. it was kind of weird

I got my nails done here for my prom pictures a couple weeks ago. The lady rushed through the process very quickly, in under an hour on natural nails. In the end I had gel all around the skin by my nails and I was left with dry, dusty hands which I was not told to wash nor did I get my cuticles hydrated. I got a solid colour with an accent nail. It was $70. 3 days after i got my nails done they began to deteriorate and are bumpy with tan divots in them. Also, another client came in for an appointment near the end of mine and the lady was working back and forth between the two of us without washing or sanitizing her hands. Not impressed at all. Don’t waste your money on this business. Thanks for nothing, Tracy.

It was an awful experience with rude customer service. This institution is discussing unsanitary and there is no talent at all. Half of my nail was left in geled and I’m polished and I am very disappointed that I payed so much for design and it turned out looking like a 3 year old did it.

Love these nails!! Me and a friend got our nails done and it was fantastic! The whole experience was so pleasant and welcoming! It’s a very comfortable and clean facility and Tracy is just the best. I've never had my nails done before... But I needed it for my wedding, within hours they started cracking... For 100$ (I had gel french manicure and regular pedicure) I expected it to last the 2-3 weeks I was quoted. Also if you still decide to go, it's cash only***

If you want a great place to have your feet and your hands treated something special then you have to go to Nails and Spa. This great group of people all family treat every customer coming in the door new and old as if they're welcome you into their home. It's like having a coffee party all day long 7 days a week. They work hard they always have a smile and they're always willing to help. My partner has used them for some time and really likes their work and treated me to a pedicure very recently which being my first I was somewhat reluctant and embarrassed but I put my manliness aside and enjoyed the ride. It was a truly enjoyable and restful experience I would recommend it to anyone I would do it again. As most of us mail folks don't look after our hands and nails like the ladies I happen to have a somewhat distorted nail that I kept doing more damage to and lo and behold Carol was able to work her magic and made it look like a brand new nail. Keep up the good work you folks keep up the smiles and the warm welcomes because that's what keeps us coming back oh and yes of course it's your professional nail Aesthetics.

Had fun with the associates but my nails as well as my friends turned out terrible. They did not trim my nails or clean them before my gel nails. They are very un-even and looks like they have been grown out for 2 weeks. My friend had to go to another salon to get hers fixed after spending $75 for what was supposed to be ombre but just looked like a glued on tip. Neither of us got what we paid for and are unsatisfied. Do not think the staff are properly trained.

Rushed and unsanitary. Had a fill done and I’m so disappointed with the result. The lady rushed and only applied one thin layer, which was then filed down. When my nails were “done” it looked as if they were 2 weeks grown out. Also during my time there 2 other people sat at the same nail station as me which was NEVER cleaned!! Too $$$ for bad quality and covid risk.

I love the atmosphere of the business, it's very pretty on the inside and the employees are very funny and very kind, but I feel like the quality of the nails that they do lacks passion. Everytime I leave there I'm never fully satisfied. I feel like they rush the nails, and dont put enough care into the product for the customer. If I'm going to pay 90$ for a set of nails, I would hope that they were damn near close to perfect. And they never are.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. Horrible customer service. The lady criticized my feet the whole time and huffed and puffed as she worked. My toes & feet look like I did them myself. It wasn't worth the $37. I will never be going back or recommending this salon to anybody.

She told me I had to tip, I was going to tip anyways but the fact that she told me how much I had to make the tip made me want to walk out without tipping at all. Thats what I should have done because my nails were falling off the moment I left. We live and we learn. Never going back there again :)

Where should we start? Called made an appointment for 2 of us. Basic manicure and basic pedicure... 40 mins later they finally started to work on the manicure. They have family members who honestly have 0 idea what the heck they're doing working, as they're visiting. My "pedicure" could have been done by my 10 year old nephew better, he actually massages the feet. The lady I got spent a whole 30 seconds scrubbing my feet, whereas my usual place (back home) takes about 5 mins per foot. The "massage" part of the pedicure was her rubbing her thumbs over my arches twice and then a slap to my toes. Wow! How relaxing and luxurious... followed by the frantic aunt/main employee half hazardly applying my polish in a rushed 2 minutes, all while complaining about my skin absorbing the polish. Uhmmmm sorry what?? Some sweet little old lady came in after us and I saw them deposit her into a foot tub, that hadn't been cleaned ???????? And then they're "manicure" they spent a whole 20 minutes doing. There are gaps between the polish to the edges of nails on both ours and legit, it's just awful. I would give them no stars, but that's not an option.

I had my first experience today at the salon. Not only did they do a BEAUTIFUL set on myself, but my 4 year old daughter got her nails painted aswell. Tracy made me feel welcome from the moment we stepped into her doors, offered friendly conversation, a very clean environment, and sends your buffer and file home with you to bring back for your next session so there's only one client use of them. All remaining equipment at the salon that was used was sterilized and put away appropriately after use and I felt very comfortable with the hygiene of this establishment. Tracy's brother service to my daughter, and she had an absolutely wonderful experience. With her very particular request for bright yellow nails with gems on them she walked out of there with a chocolate in her hand and smile on her face. My daughter and I will most definitely be returning.... We found our new nail spot!!!!! Much love Tracy and Bro!

My girlfriend is using my account to post this) i spent all day waiting to get my nails done I ended up leaving and not getting my feet done because I was grossed out by the lack of sanitation and hygiene as well as wasting my whole day. Nail tech cut me, when I got home I sanitized my hands because I was scared of the lack of sanitation. don’t waste your hard earned money and time on a scam artist. I payed 65 for a fill. I want my money back. It looks like trash and I wasted a whole day thanks Tracy

Granted, my daughter and I were walk ins for pedicures, but the lady asked if we could come back in an hour, so I said sure. We come back and wait another 30 minutes to be put into the seats. Just water in the tubs, first eyebrow raise. They had told us to pick colors from the wall before seating, not even asking if we want gel or acrylic, when seated, I asked for uv gel, and the lady looked offended and put out! On to the pedicure. A total of 4 people took turns on my feet while my daughter waited to see how pruny her feet would get, I had to ask the guy to clip my medium length nails short as I tend to have ingrown problems with both big toes. He clipped them somewhat short and filed them a bit, no scraping under the nails or cuticles and they did nothing for the ingrown ones except aggravate them. Next, I have very dry heels and a fair amount of dead skin on my heels, they used a dollar store pumice stone ONLY on my heels and the rest of my feet, usually most places will use a blade to cut the dead skin or on good days the scraper that looks like a cheese grater lol. Needless to say I still had dry/dead skin on my heels. The massage was maybe a minute of him rubbing my feet and remarking I wasnt ticklish. Now the polish, I'm pretty sure they only did 4 coats total (I got polish and glitter) the glitter was only 1 uneven coat so it doesn't fully cover each toe and I'm not sure if she was actually done because she walked away and started working on someone else's nails. Then they started my daughter's feet, they clipped and scraped the nails, but felt the need to loudly ask her what was wrong with her nails, while looking at them like they were horrifying, which embarrassed her very much and she meekly said 'I don't know' her big toenail has a dent in it, that's it! She's 11 and already shy! The polish on her nails looked like she did it herself! Would NOT recommend to anyone, especially if you're taking your child for their first pedicure, unless you want a traumatic first experience! I would give a -5 if I could and wish I could have refused to pay.

I go in for a Pedicure once a year and my feet typically take a beating during the course of this time and the staff have to really work hard to get them back to normal. I went in today and again they did a fantastic job. I feel like I have new feet again. They are always having a good time in there and make me feel welcome and I'm always entertained by their conversations.

Don't waste your money here. The experience was very rushed and uncomfortable. The result was awful, it did not look like the example at all. I was assured this style / look was able to be done and it looked completely different. Aside from not looking as expected the nails were extremely thick, uneven, many divets and imperfections. I cried and had to pay someone else to fix it the next day.

Took my 12 year old daughter there and left for a few minutes...the lady called and said what she wanted would cost $50 for acrylic nails(which young girls should not get because of the chemicals). I said "no, I'll be right there" I arrive she has already started, when I ask for them to be removed, she is rude, starts yelling at me that I am RUDE tells us to leave & refuses to take off the ones she put on!! So my 12 year old daughter upset & embarrassed has to rips them off. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

Worst customer service ever!!! Paid $160 for a mani with gel polish and a pedi.. within 2 days not even.. my nails and polish cracked.. I went back in expecting them to fix my nails and she daid it was my fault not theirs and tried offering me fake nails for $65 and the poster they had advertised said $50!! I refused to want to pay anything more after than what I already spent! She applied gel on 3 of my nails and literally pushed me out the door! NEVER GOING BACK EVER!!! Not to mention the guy who did my nails the first time, kept asking to marry me and was making sexual remarks.. Very unprofessional!!!!

I got a pedicure at Nailz and Spa 2 years ago and my feet have never been the same. They used one of those coarse graters on my feet and I could hardly walk the next day because they filed too much of my skin off. To this day, the skin on my toes is very thin and peels off and my heels crack. Do not go here. Pay the extra money and go somewhere good like Soul tree. Anywhere but here.

I was able to walk in without an appointment and had my nails done. I had to wait a little as there was someone who had an appointment before me, but that is fine as I didn't have an appointment. I was able to sit and relax in a massage chair while I waited. I absolutely love my nails.

This is the best nail salon in Cranbrook and Kimberley by a long shot. I get pedicures a couple times a year. They do fantastic work. Occasionally I get manicures and my hands look and feel divine afterwards. The staff are kind, caring, authentic, personable, stylish, knowledgeable, and most of all fun. Everytime I've been in I leave with a smile. I send my fiancée here and they do excellent work for her. When she comes home she is glowing. The staff are genuine. The equipment and facilities are clean and properly maintained. Look no further, Nailz and Spa is the only place around worth getting your nail esthetics needs taken care of.????

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF BY A RUDE, obnoxious person!! I phoned to make an appointment and was quoted a price. They asked if it was a fill or new nails. I said a fill because she had a couple of nails that had broken off. When we got there the girl looked at her nails and said that they were going to charge for new nails because she would have to remove a couple of nails. Then I asked how much and she said she was going to charge $20.00 on top of the original price to remove the broken nails. $75.00 for a 14 year olds acrylic nails. I was going to leave but by this time, my granddaughters was embarrassed so I agreed. When I came back to get her, I stood there waiting to pay and the girl yelled across the salon “$75.00 CASH. No debit! So I had to go back out to get cash. She was so rude and at one point, yelled at my granddaughter because she accidentally bumped one of her nails! I will never darken their doorstep again!!!
