RIP OFF Stay away. $$$$$$$$$$. Although its been almost 3 years since I was here. This business popped up in my review choices so I responded and am now editing my review due to the owners response. I first came here for a cut and colour and was charged around $140. A few months later I came for the EXACT same cut and colour and was charged $280. I was in such shock when I paid and there were several people around the cash register so I chose not to make a scene. I called the next day and was told a manager would call me back. I never received a call. I called again a couple of weeks later and they said maybe another procedure was done. It was not. The stylist DID leave the bleach on too long and I saw another stylist run to tell her because she forgot about me, and she came literally running from the back and tried to put some kind of conditioner to save the ends. Perhaps that is the "extra procedure". My ends broke off the next day which I mentioned on my second call. I was again told a manager would call and again I never got any response. It took a long time for my hair to recover.

My girlfriend paid Koko Beach $166 to give her a haircut that looks like it was done by a 5 year old. Bleached a straight line across her hair. Worst salon job I've ever seen. I'm shocked that this business would hire someone so unprofessional. They refused to let her speak to the manager and made her pay the full price even though she complained that what they had done was not at all what she wanted. They refused to give any kind of refund. This kind of pathetic criminal crap and horrible customer service is why I will tell every single person I talk to not to go to Koko Beach.
