Usually I have great service at this store. However today was completely different! I was shopping with my kids when my son accidentally knocked something off the shelf, I replied "no worries, I got it" to which she snapped with "this is why we ask children not to touch, this is not Wal-Mart!". It was an accident and I was handling it and nothing was broken, it was a plastic cutting cape! I understand everyone has bad days, including children. But I left feeling completely disrespected.
