I absolutely adore the girls at Cinnamon Salon! Cory is pure magic with my hair, and I am so lucky to have found her after moving to Courtenay (I put off getting my hair done for a few months as I was so nervous about trying someone new!). She's now cut my hair twice, coloured it many many more times - each time it's looked fantastic. She's a blast to chat with and also welcomes accompanying littles which is fantastic. I was tempted not to leave her a review just so she doesn't get too busy on me haha, she's just that awesome!

A beautiful space I enjoy spending time in. Ashley does mind blowing work with my hair very time. I appreciate her eminence talent but her knowledge and input as well! Also her willingness to do what I ask in the end. I am always pleasantly suprised with the outcome; as she outdoes my expectations regularly. Its crazy how she's seems to be a wizard with hair! Even with corrections and road blocks. Her partner and owner of the salon is a pleasure to know. She's upbeat and I hear nothing but rave reviews of her work as well. This salon is a sure Hit and I would recommend these ladies to anyone.

My hairstylist of 19 years moved away so I was looking for someone who had the same "style" and personality of her. Corry's Salon is directly across from my office so I thought I would give it a try. As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable. She looked at my hair and could tell exactly the color my past Stylist used. I walked away feeling that I had found the right person.

Hair type: Thick Wavy Middle Eastern Hair I wanted to wait until I washed my hair to give an honest review of the haircut I received (it looked so good styled). After washing my hair, and letting it dry naturally i was amazed at how beautiful the layers fell, how light it felt and how the wave took it's natural form without resistance. Thank you Corey. I've had horrible experiences in the last 2 years and finally I feel like I recognize my hair! Lovely conversations in a beautiful salon setting in the charming downtown of Courtenay- what more could one ask for? Will definitely be coming back!
