Susan herself is usually very nice. However, she always charges me a vastly different amount... $55 more this time for the same work! Probably because she constantly confuses me with another customer of the same name. It always takes a good 4.5 hours, too, for highlights and a cut only. Other places do the same (plus toner!) in half the time. The place could be cleaner. It's a good cheap place for people with uncomplicated hair.

I usually go there to cut my hair but today I wanted to try their new hair treatment with collagen and keratin. Susan did an amazing job, It took her like 6 hours because I have long hair but she was very patient and did my hair with so much love. She also gave me a very good and friendly price. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for beautiful, smooth and shiny hair. Will go back for sure, in love with the result.

It’s always hard finding the right stylist to do your hair. I’m very protective of my hair and Susan did an amazing job! I fully trust her to do my hair. She transforms me and knows exactly what to do even when I don’t! She will take the time to work with you and you can see the passion in her eyes when she works on your hair! Finally! The haircut I wanted but won't break the bank. It's run by two sisters who are so nice and sweet. Roya took time on my hair even though they were busy. Excellent service !! Susan, the hairdresser is lovely and greets you with so much warmth. I honestly never felt this well taken care of at a hair saloon. She understood perfectly how I wanted my hair done and respected each of my requests (unlike most of the other hairdressers, in my experience). My experience at Susan's was terrible I came to my appointment on time but wasn't acknowledged for more than 45 mins. The service was disorganized and flighty. The colour was badly applied and uneven. Worse yet, when I got home I found the back of my shirt was badly, permanently bleached out. Can't be worn again. Won't go back.

They make sure all your concerns are attended to and attention to detail is a consistent quality in their work. They colour corrected my hair despite having many clients that day and the fact that my appointment was totally last minute shows their work ethic and concern for all their customers.
