I had a great experience here. My first ever time at salon in Montreal and I didn't regret. Felt welcomed and saw exceptional customer service right from speaking to them over phone and being a customer. They value their customers and their needs. I didn't have to wait fortunately but this doesn't mean, it isn't busy. People coming after me had to wait for their turn as Paul was serving me to its perfection. Liked my hair cut and had an unforgettable experience. Would be going there for sure next time. One thing for all the customers, salon manila doesn't have all the tools for grooming your beard but they will still put in their 200% to ensure your beard is trimmed and you look handsome. Be it a haircut or beard, you would love it. Paul is awesome and the lady with whom I talked to over phone was great as well. You don't need to book an appointment, it's walk-in and next to Cote St. Catherine metro..!

i ask for a certain cut and i didnt get my desire cut the result was way different from what i ask for , im not saying she's bad its just that she cuts so fast and dont listen to what i've said , maybe she was tired that day , i understand , my only concern to the owner she needs to improve that , the first time i went there she did great though.

Very bad,I went to put highlights in hair,the salon specialist Melba was in hurry and she applied just bleach on my hair, and the original hair color became light,she never put the color .She was in hurry to close.Just applied bleach and she said highlights done.Its only for money purpose.I asked her continuously about the coloring but she and the other employees were firing on me like anything.

I went to have an eyebrow waxing and this is what happened. My skin peeled off. Melba put wax on my skin then left me and attended other clients. I felt the hotness of the wax and told her it’s becoming hot. She then remove the wax and I didn’t notice right away that my skin got peeled off when I left. After 15mins, my skin felt sore and noticed it got peeled off. I went back to the salon and told her what happened. Instead of offering to cure it. She blamed me that I have a sensitive skin! How ridiculous! Pls don’t ever go to that salon.

She cuts too fast and does not listen what kind of hairstyle I want and this is the second time I came in and it’s the same result. I wanted shoulder length and for some reason she cut jt too short. I think these reviews are on crack. Left there as fast as I could.

, paid 70$ and after 1 week (2 washes) I noticed that the colour is starting to fade and becoming uneven, I had patches of lighter and darker areas all over my hair. When I went back to the salon, hoping to receive a high quality service and get my colour corrected the same lady which is the owner wanted to charge me another 25$ to fix the work she herself did! So she did a poor job the first place and now I was suppose to pay her extra to fix it?!?! Completely not taking responsability for her poor work, even after she told me that dark colours doesnt wash off I've been colouring my hair in several salons in the past and always had a good quality work and if not than at least it would be corrected with no charge, I mean if I knew from the first place she doesn't know what she is doing I wouldn't go there to begin with... Anyways,this is my personal experience with this place and I will never go back there unfortunately

I went for eyebrows waxing, inspite of letting the lady know how I want it, the end result was - eyebrows were way thinner, not in shape and one didn't match the other. She pulled the strips so hard, that felt my eyes would pop. If you want bad shape and painful waxing - this would be be your go to place.

Waited for an hour which i dont mind doing. But when it was my turn, the stylist was in a hurry to finish my haircut cuz she's the only one around and it was the weekend and they'll be closing @ 7pm... Ending, My hair was all in disproportion. She kept on asking me if I'm already fine with the hairstyle and keeps on checking on other customer as if pressured and afraid that they'll walk out.. She was nice to talk to... but to be honest, i dont think she is trained enough to handle man's hairstyle. Especially on a fast pace. Will be waiting for the next payday to correct my haircut...
