Atmosphere is always great and I have gone to Britney every single time because I love her work. Recently did fashion color for the first time and I got soooooooo many compliments. They even offer beverages and everyone is so nice ???? You should definitely make an apt and ask for Britney!

We had a wonderful 1st experience with Chantale. Brought my daughter in for a color correction after a failed bleach job and left with the most beautiful blond balayage. We had heard around town that this was "The Salon" to go to for blonds and I'm very glad we were able to have an appointment! Highly recommend!

Had my hair done by Marc-Andre for my sister's wedding this past Saturday and was blown away. I went for a viking-ish braids on the side and top into a ponytail that he worked for because my hair is fine and straight. It stayed very full looking for two days. I didn't have the energy to attempt to take it out the day after but it stayed put! Thank you so much! ❤️ Chantale did my hair in an updo for my brother's wedding in October last year and it was amazing and stayed all day as well. Both of my visits have been WELL worth it. Great place and great stylists.

Shelby is a lifesaver! Thank you! I woke up this morning and decided to get a last minute cut. I'm pretty low maintenance and just needed a good trim and style. I made an appointment elsewhere and they completly butchered my hair. I had long curly hair and I can't even put it in a pony tail now it's so short and uneven! I didn't even wanna be seen in public! So I called The Loft literally in tears asking if someone was available to fix it. Shelby told me to come in right away! I honestly can't thank her enough! I left feeling a lot better than I went in... Equally because she was able fix my hair and the compassion she showed. Lesson learned. I know where I'm going next time!

I get my hair cut by Chantale and she does wonders on my messy Matted curls, she manages to bring them back to life every time! She also styled my hair for my brother’s wedding and I was getting compliments on my updo all day and night and it looked the same at the same at the end of the night as it did when I walked out of the salon. These girls aren’t hairdressers they are miracle workers! The experience that you get at the loft is like no other hair salon in town, it is truly like a little Paradise on Pitt st.

I went to Michelle for a full head balayage and the colour, cut, and style was amazing. They offer full service and I commute from an hour away to see those ladies. The atmosphere is always clean and they have that cute modern edge on top of excellent service that makes The Loft the best spot for any hair services.
