I’ve been coming to Wyomissing Hair Studio for years. It’s a modern salon that is upscale but still down to earth. I always feel welcome and cared for when I’m there. Jenn Coles has been doing my hair for well over a decade and she is the only person I trust to touch my hair. She’s always up to date on styles and never leads me astray when I want to try new looks.

First time at Wyomissing Hair Studio. I wasn't sure where to park, there is ample parking available, I just don't know the area yet so of course I worried about nothing. The entrance is right out front. The facility was clean, bright and staff was very welcoming. I didn't have to wait but 2 minutes and Linda brought me back. We chatted about what I was looking to do and she jumped right on it. She was pleasant and fun. The owner came back to thank me for coming. The part you are all waiting for? My color is perfect and the cut was exactly what I was looking for. I'll be back as a regular.

The employees are nice, helpful to get your desired look. Try to find a picture of the look you want, if it's a little complex. This helps the hair dresser, that's what I did and I got amazing results.

It took me almost a year to post this review. I went there after being told by the receptionist that the person who would be cutting my hair knew how to cut curly hair. I was lied too. I went in with waist length hair and came out with shoulder length. After asking and showing about 3 inches that I wanted off. I asked for my money back and the owner refused. So I left a poor review. She asked me to take it down so she could keep her reviews high. I would not trust this place or it's reviews based on this alone. I would like to say they continously tried to convince me all I got was a trim and my hair wasn't that much shorter. My hair went from being 22 inches long to 10. I measured. That's a whole foot of hair. The customer service here is terrible and the owner removes poor rreviews. Find another place for haircuts. On top of.it all when I went to another place for a haircut they without knowing the story told me my hair had been cut unevenly and poorly.

They fit me in without a scheduled appointment! I called and within 15 mins I was in the chair with Ashley as my stylist. And she rocked. Friendly...reasonable prices ..nice ambience...and first class hair wizardry. I have difficult hair and I came out feeling like a million bucks. Thank you!

I received a phone call from the owner next day and I hope to get back in to the shop soon. $47 dollars for a 15 minute trim. She was going to let me leave with dripping wet hair until I asked her to dry it a little.

We moved here from NJ and needed a new hair stylist, so based on the reviews, I decided to try this place out. My hair is very short. I’m so glad that I was set up with Linda. She nailed it on the first cut just by showing her a photo and listening to my concerns. I took my mother and she was extremely happy with her as well. The salon also has a multitude of Covid19 safety precautions in place....limits on clientele, must wear a mask, temperature check upon arrival, and thorough disinfecting of chairs etc. Thank you Jen and the Wyomissing Hair Studio!

Where to begin. I visited the Wyomissing Hair Studio after a botched color from another salon. I came in for color correction and the stylist discussed options with me, she even consulted with another stylist on what to do. My hair has a lot of warmth and often looks brassy or orange. I stressed that I wanted to avoid the brass tones if at all possible. We went through the process of highlights and lowlights and when we were finished, as usual my hair had brassy orange tones at the roots. To be clear, I do not blame the stylist for this. They were working with an already botched color job that was no fault of their own. Well, after all I went through with the other salon I think my emotions just bubbled up and I burst into tears. They were so kind to me and the second stylist (I wish I knew her name) jumped in to help. They made an adjustment adding some color to my roots and some more foils and voila, The brass was barely noticeable. i can’t express to you how wonderful this place is and how kind and caring the stylists are. I felt embarrassed for crying but they made me feel like it was ok and they did everything they could to fix it. These ladies are so professional and obviously care about their customers. I highly recommend them!
