Quite small salon. Very friendly staff. My stylist listened to what I wanted and executed perfectly. I was in and out within an hour. They are quite expensive, in fact the one in Bristol is cheaper, hence 4 stars.

This is not so much about the cutting experience but more how staff are treated, my 15 year old has worked for them for the last 6 months, her first job and she was initially really shy and quiet so working with customers has helped her become more confident, however she received a TEXT message last week to say that she was no longer needed which is fine if you are no longer needed but to be told face to face or even a phone call is much better practise than to receive a cowardly text.... talk about knocking a child’s confidence so maybe working for a top salon brand is not as good as we thought... poor very poor

Location is perfect based in the city centre with nearby parking and close to bus and train routes.

Staff were nice but I asked for a little trim and not for it to be cut too straight otherwise my hairstyle will look bowl-shaped and what did they do? The complete opposite of what I said despite even showing a reference.

Oh my, what an amazing time.i just had Helen done an absolutely fantastic job. She knocked it out of the park for me.nothing was ever to much trouble le for her. I haven't stopped laughing. I could have stayed there for ages . She dont an amazing cut for me, I am normally very nervous but not today. I definitely recommend taking a trip to see her. Bloody brilliant

really gone down hill. Chap doesn't know how to even wash hair there. Shame was a big fan of this place. Didn't live up to the other T&G salons I've been here. Won't be going again :(

Nice looking salon. Guy that done my hair wasnt very bright, got hair all over my face could hav used paper to keep the hair off or giv me a brush afterwards to atleast brush off? Style wasnt what i asked for. Cutting skills were decent though. Staff bunched up chatting, not professional and not very friendly or welcoming which bought the salon down.

I went in myself in September 16 and my hair was cut really well, so I brought my mum back in for a pamper session last week. Everything apart from the actual cutting was really nice. The hairstylist was lovely and sweet, had a great chat and it was over in a short while.. Except my mum didn't get the cut or style of anything near the picture we showed the stylist. The end result was the same hair style she gets after going to any hairdresser. I felt a bit annoyed because she asked for something simple and easy and didn't get anything near it. And she paid over £50 for something she didn't want.

Very nice looking salon, if you want all your hair cut off then this is the place to go! I wanted my hair trimmed, and got half of them cut off. So if you wish to get ride of your hair and pay loads for it then be sure to visit.

Thanks guys, this is the only hairdressers I can go where I consistently geylt a good hair cut. Yes they're a little pricey, but what's the point of going to a cheap place if you're just not happy with the result. Staff are lovely and I never have to wait long. Even the apprentices who are supported do a great job

Didnt fulfill what I wanted, clumsy cut resulting in hair everywhere on the back of my neck and one side of my hair is longer than the other. Good atmosphere and service but terrible cutting skills, would not recommend especially for the price
