Let me start off by saying, I am the girl that used to wash her face with her shampoo in the shower for years. Just within the past couple of years I have gotten started with a face cleansing/moisturizing regime as I’ve gotten older. I booked a facial with Jahan and have never been more impressed! We did Dermaplanning, O2 Facial, and light therapy. Her attention to detail was admirable and she was so gentle and thorough. I left with my face feeling hydrated and smooth, not to mention relaxed as if I had just gotten a massage as well! She was also amazing in teaching me about the after care. 100% recommend to anyone and will most definitely be back!

I have been going to Therapy Hair Studio for a few years now and could not be happier. The studio is always clean and everyone is incredibly welcoming, especially Cynthia and Laura. The place is very busy, but she will always work with you to find an appointment that best fits your schedule. My stylist is Dale Tu and every cut I've had has been consistently great. He is very personable and great at what he does, not to mention he's certified to do just about everything that has to do with hair. Yes, you're going to pay a little more than Supercuts, but you get what you pay for and its worth every penny. If you're looking for a new stylist or considering a change of scenery, I strongly urge you to contact Dale. I highly recommend him and have no doubt you will leave with a positive experience.

This is the only salon I will go to for the rest of my existence on this earth! Karla dyed my hair & I have never been so happy with the way my hair looks! I have a lot of hair and it took around 4 hours, she stayed so patient and so sweet! I love it! Jahan, one of the makeup artists is AMAZING she has never made me feel more beautiful! No one does my eyeshadow as good as her. HIGHLY recommend this Salon!

Therapy Hair Studio is not only fabulous for your hair but also facials and make-up by Jahan. She is Amazing!!! By far the best facial I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does which is why she is the best! There is nothing better than going there to get pampered with a facial, hair styled and topping it off with your make up. I have been going to Therapy Hair Studio since they opened and have always been pleased with all of their hair stylists. Their new space is a real treat with a beautiful outdoor patio area!

I’ve been a client of Therapy Hair studio for many years now. They just moved into a new location and it’s Beautiful!!! The only negative is that it’s 10 mi it’s further but I know that’s nothing to whine about. I would not go anywhere else to get my hair color or cuts. I’ve gone to different stylists over the years and trust anyone that works here with my hair. I always get compliments on my hair and it’s because my colorist Kelsey is amazing and makes my hair look sooo natural and then I had DAVID, Casie and Annie cut my hair and each time I LOVED my cuts. Service: 10+++ This place has the most talented stylists in the Houston. Atmosphere: It’s very high end but it doesn’t feel that way. Not stuffy at all and everyone is super friendly. Now when I’m feeling stir crazy I. An sit outside because I’m one of those who can’t sit still for long. Value: Here’s what I say to that.. You get what you pay for but it’s not for someone who’s watching their pennies.. it’s high end quality and high end prices but it’s just one area I don’t compromise on. Highly recommend this place!

Luis is the best of the best but if he is unavailable the receptionist will be happy to match you with a great stylist.

Book a facial with Jahan. After the Texas power outage fiasco, my face broke out--something that never happens. Jahan has a commanding reputation in Houston as a top esthetician, and I knew she was the only one who could rescue my skin. We started with dermaplaning, something I had always wanted to try. My face felt 1,000x's better soon after, and by the time Jahan finished the O2 facial and mini peel, I was in a state of bliss--the most relaxed I've felt in months. My forehead looked like braille when I first walked into the salon but was clean and smooth by the time I left. I feel human again after all the stress my face and body went through last week. This is a wonderful place to book a self-care appointment. Love Jahan!

She will also be 100% honest with you about your hair. I also get my hair cut by Casey and she is the same. Laid back, funny and 100% honest. I love these girls. I highly recommend going to them for all your hair needs. The facility is clean and a great atmosphere. Very professional and chic. Great place with high quality products and staff!

I took a chance with coming to Therapy Hair studio because I was tired of driving to the woodlands. I was a little apprehensive because I'm not a fan of pretentious places, but I was pleasantly surprised. Dale is my stylist, and I love him. He's great at getting the color I want, gives a great cut and styles it beautifully. PLUS, he's fun to chat with, laidback, warm and inviting. No pretentiousness here. Even the people at the desk are friendly and inviting. I've also had my make up done a couple times by Aubrie. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and an amazing make-up artist. I highly recommend coming here.

If you're looking to have you hair destroyed this is the place to go. I was unfortunately a client for about a year until I realized the irreparable damage that had been done to my hair. I debated posting this for a long time but in the end I decided to in hopes that others wont have to go through what I did. I had extensions done with Kelsey, whom they claim to be an "extension specialist." This employee should not be providing this service under ANY circumstances. After she put the extensions in, I asked if she could cut my extensions to blend more with my hair, her response was, "I dont cut extensions, your hair will blend better as it grows." Umm ok? I sat there questioning why is she providing extension service if she doesn't even know how to properly complete the service which includes blending the hair.... I'm no hair professional but, hello, isn't the whole point of extensions to enhance your hair and look natural!? Red Flag number 1. Over the course of about a year that she did my extensions/maintenance, everytime I went in to have them refreshed she would comment on how "healthy and long" my hair had gotten while wearing the extensions. After a while I started noticing that there were literally spots of hair that were completely missing that she conveniently forgot to mention to me while assesing the "progress" of my natural hair growth. Instead of telling me that the extensions were causing damage and advising how to fix it, as an educated hair professional should, she chose to conceal the damage in hopes that I wouldnt notice and would continue as a "spendy" client. Greedy much? Since I clearly couldn't trust the "professionalism" at Therapy, I visited another salon to have my extensions removed and see the extent of damage done. The stylist was appalled at the state that my hair was in. She told me it was clear to her that the damage was not done overnight by something I had done but was the result of months worth of damage. I was literally in tears after seeing what Kelsey had done to my hair! The whole reason I got extensions was to grow out my natural hair and because Kelsey chose to ignore the damage that her services were causing my hair, I literally wasted a year of paying for extensions only to end up with my hair DESTROYED. I honestly felt like this was something out of the movie Mean Girls, how could a hair professional knowingly allow this to go on and not say anything!? I mean it was so bad that my hair was coming out in handfuls, I couldn't go out in public until my new stylist was able to try to salvage what was left to work with. This was about 9+ months ago that the extensions were removed and the end result was me having to cut my hair very short. Although my current stylist has worked wonders on my poor hair and its health has improved exponentially, I still have spots that the hair has not grown back normal. I dont wish anyone to have to go through this sort of experience, so please save yourself the grief and find a real and honest extension specialist that cares about the integrity of your hair. It's too bad because the salon is beautiful and the owners seem to be passionate about the industry. Initially I had high hopes but a nightmare is an understatement to how my experience ended. Perhaps this is simply a matter of this particular stylist, however it unfortunately reflects poorly upon the entire salon. What's even more unfortunate is that the salon has NEVER tried to reach out to me to attempt to apologize for the unprofessionalism of their employee.

I’ve never felt so disrespected in a place where I spent so much money on a cut. It was the second time I came in to try to have the same stylist give me an “Ana Cabrera” type cut (from CNN) which is long but short layers in the back (as my hair is very thick.) I think the stylist didn’t know how to do the cut because he didn’t give me any layers like I had asked him to do and said we should just let it grow a bit more. When I went back the second time I brought pictures showing the layers from the back of the cut and rather than tell me he didn’t know how to do it he decided to tell me that what I was asking for was a “mullet”. I told him I thought that was a Billy Ray Cyrus 80s men’s cut and not what I was looking for. (In fact I looked up “mullet” in the internet and that’s exactly what I found.). He went on to say that that’s what they called it when he was in school and maybe it is just a “generational” thing. I am a woman in my mid 50’s and I didn’t think the cut was out-dated (Ana wears it well) but this is exactly what he was insinuating and I found it rude and disrespectful. When he was done with my cut the second time he told me he was being “very conservative” and he basically gave me the same cut as before without the layers. Then he told me before I left that if I still didn’t like it “he was sure he would hear about it”. I think he was upset because I told him that he didn’t give me the cut I wanted the first time. Again rude and disrespectful. I would have been perfectly content if he had just said, “I don’t know how to do this cut”. I would’ve totally understood. Instead I was made to feel humiliated and didn’t even get the cut I wanted. And as if to add insult to injury, because I had gotten stuck in a traffic jam on the way to my appointment and was a bit late, I offered to just leave with my hair wet and without the blow dry and styling, so he could tend to his next client. But when I went to pay for the cut, the stylist informed the front desk to charge me the full (very expensive price) which included the blow dry and style even though I didn’t get it. The front desk was extremely rude as well. Wow! Never again!

She listened to my skin concerns and she explained the process on the facial. She made the environment and service enjoyable! I recommend scheduling an appointment with her. I was really nervous about having my hair dyed again after a bad hair dye job at a different salon. Hiro however really listened to me, he made sure I got exactly what I was looking for, a natural looking balata he. He dyed the top of my hair back to it's natural color and the ends of my hair now fade into a beautiful ash brown. I had three different people come together at one point to make sure my hair turned out the exact color we were looking for. The salon is very professional and neat, I will definitely come back here in the future.

THE WORST SALON I've ever dealt with. Called me same day to cancel my app!!with sorry and WE AGREE! I had to reschedule my app twice due to their bad customer service. I asked to have a private room with a stylist. So they said its only one stylist for pr i agreed then when i arrived said she has no pr and so reschedule me w another stylist!!!!! I endured this too but the final say in same day before an hr of my app called saying WE'R sorry she's sick and couldn't accommodate me with another stylist even when I agreed to don't have a pr anymore. ZERO outcome after all of this!!

She is informative and answered all of my questions. She also gave me tips and recommended products to improve the quality of my skin. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Her spa room is very comforting and relaxing. She was was able to accommodate me last minute, and I truly appreciate her willingness to do that immensely. I am extremely satisfied with the service. This was my first time going to this salon. Casey did a great job cutting my hair, & did exactly what I asked. She was really sweet & fun to chat with. She gave me some great styling tips & curled my hair beautifully. As I was getting ready to pay, I noticed a display of makeup. Jahan, their makeup artist, offered to do my eyes & brows for me, & is very talented. She gave me some great beauty tips & was so friendly! The salon has a beautiful atmosphere & top notch products. It was a wonderful experience overall, & I will definitely go back soon. Next time I will get color done as well. Liliana came highly recommended by several girls working there.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jahan in a social setting, and spoke with her about getting a facial before COVID-19! Fast Forward to March 20, 2021 and it came to fruition! Jahan is a wonderful aesthetician! She is very knowledgeable about the skin and was easily able to make an assessment of what treatment would be best for me. She wasn't trying to upsell a treatment that I did not need, and I was extremely relaxed during the facial + mini massage. My skin has been glowing ever since :-) Thank you Jahan and Therapy Hair Studio for providing a clean and safe environment in which to retreat! Dale is absolutely amazing! I am sooo in love with my hair cut!! I was so afraid that they would cut off all the length in the process of cutting the dead ends. Dale was so professional and made sure to ask questions the entire time and make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I bought a couple of the products he suggested and I COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED! I have really fine hair and the products he offered make my hair feel soo soft and friz free without making it look like I rubbed olive oil in my hair. Thank you for the fabulous service!
