I have never been treated so poorly over a mistake that is on them. Scheduled an appointment online for the three women in my household included foils cuts, etc. so not a cheap trip we would be looking at upwards of 500 dollars worth of work here. They emailed back rescheduling my appointment for a different date and quoted if it didnt work for me, then I call and let them know. I call today to make sure its all booked and she goes on to say that those appointments are no longer available and I had to call and confirm????WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME. So of course i was a bit irate but not screaming my head off or cursing them out, she goes on to say its not her problem and hung up on me.... WOW thats the type of customer service people or giving out these days??? So I call back they would not answer. So i called a few more times until I got someone to pick up. I ask why would you hang up on a person that was clearly upset and knowing it will just make the situation much worse. She didn't try and offer a different appointment date or time or maybe 10 percent off for the mistake. She just continued to say it was not her problem. Well maybe not your problem but its a customer lost for life and a bad reveiw online. They have worked on my hair in past and at 200 dollars a trip you would think I meant more then an "it's not my problem".. They were nice as pie taking my money but when they make a mistake they won't even own up... What is the world coming to when buisnesses just don't care anymore...#WHEREISTHECUSTOMERSERVICEGONE

Got foils done and they didn't go to to the roots!! I was not pleased!! My hair looked better before I went to the salon!! Would not recommend to anyone! Michaela was my hairdresser ! I paid full price and walked away disappointed

I would give it 0 stars really. My amazing regular stylist was on vacation & I went to the Truro head shoppe. Paid $300 for foils & a cut. The colors consist of a blond and brass mess! The cut was uneven. And she even stopped half way through to cut her son's hair! Who does that? Please ladies take it from me & don't make the same mistake I did. Had it all fixed up the next week by my regular but what a waste of time & money!! .

It was like she wasn't listening to what I wanted, if she didn't know how to use the tools properly, she could have said so. If I am paying for a service, I expect to be treated like I matter. Would try again, with a different stylist though

my 2 stars are because of the wait time (often more then 30mins) and sometimes bad haircuts from SOME hairdressers here. There are good ones here ,but sadly I no longer go here for haircuts. Pixie cuts are easy to do -if i have to explain every detail to it , then thats not good

Always have a great experience here. Professional and knowledgeable staff. I have curly hair that I occasionally wear straight and no matter who cuts my hair, it always comes out great. They cut my hair, and my three daughters (ages 7, 10 & 16). Definitely recommend!

I got to leave early with wet unfinished hair..Saved $30.00 for a shampoo and style ( good thing since there was no time to do it anyways)& 25 % off overpriced foils that were not left in long enough and my bill was still over $120.00 plus tip ??? very unprofessional and extremely disappointed! If there was no time my appt should have been canceled!

Recently started getting my hair styled here when stylist Sandy Dunbar was recommended to me. She knows exactly what she’s doing and shares her honest opinion for what best suits your hair; she does great colouring and cuts!

My wife had her hair done here, and she paid over 300 dollars. After paying that amount of money, one would think they get exactly what they wanted. This was not the case. She wanted a few blonde foils, and a cut. She showed the Hair dresser the picture of style and color she was expecting. Now she didnt expect to look exactly like the picture of this other person, but just the same color and style. Well it was nothing close to style or color. I couldn't even tell she had her hair done. So we called and they said come back. So she did spent another 5 hours there trying to get fixed what the other woman did. Well it still did not come out right. Then they went on to blame her for they way her hair turned out. They claimed she used a box dye at some point and the color would t take. Well she never has used a box dye in her life. I even know that. So don't go there and think they are educated, experienced hair dressers. The first Lady was brand new first year cutting hair.... they should be paying better attention to the skill set of their employees...

The girl who was doing my hair was super nice, but she was doing two clients at one time which lead to things being rushed. I got highlights and I don’t believe she even toned them due to being rushed as the second client was ready to have the dye washed out at the same time as me. Some of them have a green hint to them and I was told that they’d just wash out but what’s left is the same yellow mess as my old highlights. I went during what was advertised as a “50% off for new colour clients” and walked out still paying $190 dollars, for an hours worth of work and what took an hour to process while she was with another client. I find it hard to believe that a bleach with no toner and no hair cut was worth that price. *update as of 02/23/2020 It’s been 36 hours with the highlights and it’s been pointed out to me on multiple occasions that the highlights turned GREEN and the underside dyed at the top near the roots and looks untouched near the bottom leaving the hair to look patchy. If I wanted to look like I did a bathroom bleach job, I would have just done it myself instead of paying for someone to do it for me.

I booked an appointment at the counter with a balayage. The secretary insured I would be getting a master stylist who is aware of how to do a balayage. I wait a week, get to my app and the first thing she tells me is that she doesn’t do balayage. I showed her a picture of my goal, and I ended up with silver highlights and out $240. The hair is beautiful but it is not at all what I wanted.

I went here yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received. I spoke with two seperate women, one was Vanessa for skincare concerns, and I believe the other womans name may have been Jen (?) - this could be very wrong! But she has darker, brownish hair, was upfront when I arrived, and was very friendly. "Jen" provided me with some information on proper care for my hair type and I found her very plesent to speak with - both Vanessa and "Jen" seemed genuinely interested in hearing and helping me with my concerns. I have a hair care concern I'm a little sensitive about and I always get a different kind reaction when I try to bring it up to stylists. I'm happy to have finally found a salon with this caring nature/mentality and will definitely trying their services in the near future :) Thank you to (maybe????) "Jen" and Vanessa for the great first impression!
