My favourite Head Shoppe location. I have seen both Annette and Stacey and they're both fabulous - who I go to depends on scheduling and availability. I trust them with my hair because they listen and they will be honest if something wouldn't suit me which I really appreciate. Front Desk staff is great too - pleasant, cheerful and easy to talk to.

Ive been going here for years now. I moved out of the neighbourhood for a few years and have come back. Their staff are always good at what they do, from waxing to hair cutting to color. Always friendly and full of advice. They cut your hair the way you want or have amazing suggestions.

Brought my daughter for a cut here. I asked for her hair to be cut shorter and thinned out a bit with some layers so it wouldn’t be as tangled but the hairdresser decided to keep it longer (two inches more than where we had agreed to cut), have super blunt edges that aren’t feathered, and try to sell me detangling cream. I hate being pushed products when I came for a service. Now we are still struggling with tangles every morning and I’ll have to go in with the thinning shears to do what I had paid them to do in the first place. What a waste of time.

I have been going to the Head Shoppe for about 15 years. I have NEVER missed an appointment unless it was during a lockdown from Covid, and I get my hair done every 6 weeks. Jason B is simply the best there is. I would not let anyone else touch my hair. Whether you want a cut, color or both. Have you ever been to a stylist who doesn't do what YOU want? And, they end up doing what THEY want? Well, Jason will do what YOU want him to do. He will not style your hair the way he wants, he will ask you what you want. That's what makes him so amazing and that's why he still does my hair after all these years.

We took my son here for his first hair cut. They were all so sweet. It's been over a month and he still talks about how awesome his first hair cut is. They give you a little certificate and a keepsake envelope for a lock of hair. It's all very cute and they are very encouraging, positive and patient with the little ones. Angela cuts my son's hair and Kellyanne cuts mine and we'd never go to anyone else.

Had my hair cut on Aug 13,2018 there. Told the hairstylist that I wanted a half inch off my hair. I left with at least an inch and a half and not even close to the hair style I wanted. My hair is choppy and uneven. Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend.

I went to see the hairdresser Kenzie. She is absolutely lovely to chat with and so great with curls. She's the only hairdresser I trust with big changes to my curls. She took off a couple inches for me and I am in love with the results. She is also a master of colour. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Went in to get a perm for my hair and was told they would not be comfortable perming the new growth in my permed hair. I feel as though being black played a part in that decision. Its extremely disappointing that a professional hairstylist cannot do a simple perm. I would not reccomend this place to any person of color. U WILL be embarrassed and turned away!

i went there and told them to cut my bangs below my eyebrows i told them and my mother told them twice and i told them as they were cutting them and she didn’t listen and cut them how she wanted and they are above my eyebrows and it was horrible don’t get here!????

I went there to color my hair. I showed her the color which i wanted for my hair. She even told okay but i have brown skin so we decided to had a brown highlight. She did perform everything well but she told me at last that as you have a dark black hair color you can't get the color you have decided in first try but when i watched video on youtube from my native place they were having the results so don't know why she told me no. Even my friends told me like did you got hair color we can't even notice it means no change in color.Lastly, there was misinterpretation between her and me but i told her what kind of haircut i wanted i assumed she got it but afterwards it totally went to wrong way and totally disappointed by the haircut. NOT GOING TO THIS SHOP AGAIN. Even they had 50% on hair color but don't think so that they gave to me #EXPENSIVE.
