I started doing my facials with Poonam about 2 years ago now and can't stop going. For the first time in forever I am able to go out the same day after the facial without having my face being all swelled up because of extractions. I have also done my manicure and pedicure there and they were amazing.

The staff is very nice, the place is very clean, and they do a great job with eyebrows most of the time. But they never answer the phone for appointments and I always end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get my eyebrows done.

I only ever need to get my eyebrows and upper lip done so I go to this salon purely because it's cheap and very close to my home. I however have stopped going to them for eyebrows for the past year because they tend to ALWAYS make them much too thin and extremely uneven. I still go to them to get my upper lip done because it's easy and convenient. I decided that today I'd try to get my eyebrows done from there again because I was getting my upper lip waxed. Worst decision ever! I regretted it as soon as I looked in the mirror. I started to grow out my eyebrows and I was finally getting the thickness I wanted. I asked the lady to simply clean around my eyebrows and get rid of the small hairs but keep the shape that I had already filled in with a pencil. NOPE! She not only made my eyebrows THINNER but also threaded a part of the front of my left eyebrow!! Now my eyebrows look very uneven and it's extremely upsetting considering how much time I put in just to let them grow! DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE.

Terrible staff and experience. I was told that my hands look rough like boy hands, I don’t take care of myself, and that I have too many hang nails. She told me since I don’t have kids, I should be fine to take care of my nails since she did! So incredibly rude. I’m paying for a service, not for you to tell me that. At this point we were already halfway through so I was not going to leave. Also, as she was doing my manicure, she was listening to music the whole time! AND she cut me with the tool, didn’t say sorry, and proceeded to laugh about it. I really wanted to like this place because it is so close to my home, but I will NOT be going back. The whole reason I go to get my nails done is to enjoy myself. Not to have such a terrible experience. Do not go here for your nail services.

Been coming here ever since the Spa opened in 2010. I get my face threading done here on a weekly basis and very impressed with all the precautions and measures taken to meet standards. Very clean, everyone is wearing masks, sanitizer everywhere and even the threading is now done by hand. I treat my self occasionally to a pedicure and facial here as well. The owner Punam takes great care of her customers along with all the great staff who work there. Farrah also does and excellent job with threading. Worth my drive from Etobicoke weekly, I refuse to go anywhere else.

Great Salon. Welcoming, professional staff, clean environment and fabulous treatments. I got one facial and manicure-pedicure service from Prime nail and Spa. Facial is done by Ponam (the owner of the Saloon) to rejuvenate my skin and I can’t wait for the next appointment. She is very professional. They have a huge selection of colours to pick for Manicure- Pedicure and did a great manicure, very careful, which is still intact a week later :) the chairs were super comfortable, nice music and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend PRIME NAIL AND SPA.

Absolutely disgusting service. I went in to get my shellac removed and she said it was $10. She then started removing and because I had biogel under it jumped to $25 plus tax. I payed $30 to get a colour removed. Don’t go to this place unless you wanna be scammed.

Awful experience and horrible customer service. On more than one occasion I have made an appointment with Punam and have had to wait over 30 minutes to have my eye brows threaded. Today was the final straw as I made an appointment and was double booked with no apology they asked me to wait 45 minutes for a 5 minutes threading. Will never go back.

The worst nail experience Ive ever had. I came in with a biogel set with three tips on my nails and wanted an manicure and shellac. There was only one person there who knew how to do biogel and was telling the my lady what to do. She ended up oversoaking my nails and the tips came off and she chipped off the biogel underneath. She wanted me to wait for the other lady to fix them, but she was too occupied. I ended up leaving the place after over an hour with hidious nails. Extremely terrible customer service. Clearly they are not trained to do nails and did not make sure I was a happy customer. If I could give a negative rating I would.

I got my nails done today (shailac nails) and I absolutely love them! They look perfect. Daljeet was the name of the lady who did my nails and she was very professional, kind and actually listened to what I wanted. This is going to be my new go to salon. Loved the staff and there work. I recommend this place it's a 10/10.

This place is wonderful! I have been going to this place since it has opened, the first time i went, i had a bad experience with one of the employees who claimed herself to be the manager who bossed the other employees around but i called the owner and talked to her about it, and the owner fired that employee because it was bringing a bad reputation to the store, since then its been great, they have great services, great employees, and the parlour it self is beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend going to this place, especially if you are looking for some relaxing facials.

First time ever going to this salon/spa because it was close by and they had a shellac manicure special. Hands down the worst manicure I've ever gotten. First of all, the lady doing my manicure didn't even know the names of the colours, when I asked her if they had a specific colour she said no, but I saw it on the shelf behind her. I really don't think they get a lot of manicure and pedicure clients because she seemed to be completely lost. I could've gave myself a better manicure at home and saved the money. Secondly, when I got home I noticed the shellac polish was on my skin and cuticles and while attempting to get it off, the shellac peeled off my entire nail. The whole manicure was rushed, it wasn't professional at all, she was rough and hurt one of my cuticles. I will never go back here again and I would not suggest anyone to go here for a manicure or pedicure. I ended up easily peeling off the rest of my shellac from all my nails (you should not be able to do that, especially on the first day). I wish I could give this place zero stars.

HONESTLY THE BEST PLACE IN STREETSVILLE/ERIN MILLS FOR FACIALS, EYEBROW THREADING AND WAXING!!!! 1) Super inexpensive in comparison to other salons in the churchill meadows area 2) Their staff is sooooo friendly and sweet 3) If you want thick and full brows without the pain this is the place 4) Poonam offers facials that magically remove acne in a session :)))) I have been going to this place since I was in high school/when they first opened up and I will continue to visit them!!

Extremely poor customer service, very unsatisfactory and highly unprofessional. Place is small and has two workers in total when I went. Their prices are OK because of their trash quality of work. They took everyone before us even though we had booked appointments. The people were rude and immature. The lady has a bit too much pressure when she’s doing eyebrows and it feels like a heavy boulder on the face. In short, don’t ever come here :)

Terrible Terrible. I stop going a long time ago but I need to write a review to warn everyone. Everytime I book an appointment for eyebrows they never adhere to the time and I always had to wait 30-40 mins so she can be done doing nails for someone. I don't see any point in booking appointments if you don't stand by it. I also always see the owner fighting with her staff. This place sucks.

I've been going to this place for about three years now and I've never had a complaint. All the people are incredibly nice and professional. Most of all, they make you feel very comfortable no matter what procedure you're there for. I've been to other places that have straight up made me feel like a lab rat moving me this way and that! One tip though: if you're there for nail treatments (mani/pedi) ask for Linda, don't go with her for the wax and threading things. Only because she's best with nails and all the other staff excel at the face and body things. Will definitely give this place a 11/10.
